Had to switch to another service....

Had to switch to another service....I used Shop and Ship for about 4 years in two different countries and was very happy with them. And then I moved to Malaysia. The Malaysian office is very unresponsive - even transferring my account wasn't smooth. And then I ordered a power bank. My fault - they can't be shipped overseas. So I indicated on the website that I wanted to have it returned. And waited. Then emailed Malaysian office and waited more. Then it was too late to return it. I contacted Shop and Ship through their facebook page. They were very helpful but then it came down to Malaysian office again. Their email was rather offhand and eventually I gave up and just told them that I wouldn't be using them again. The three stars here are because of the 4 years of great service in other countries. If it was Malaysian office specific - It would be one.

Excellent service USA => UAE

First experience with Shop & Ship as I was looking for some sport equipment not available in Dubai.I was a bit worried with all the negative reviews but heard some positive feedback from some colleagues, so decided to give it a try.2 packages were delivered at their warehouse (USA) on January 8th. Tracking started from there, including the accurate weighing of each package.I was able to follow the progress on the website and got a notification by Aramex for delivery on January 13th.Packages were both delivered in the evening.So as whole 5 days from their warehouse in NY to my house in Dubai, all that with good tracking and competitive pricing.

Worried and frustrated

For the most part, my experience has actually been good, I have received my past deliveries and I don't have complaints about those except my last order, the item was delivered to the Springfield New York warehouse on the 2nd of December 2021. Thing is, shop and ship has yet updated my account with any acknowledgment that they have received my order. All emails since the 4th of December to the globalcarecenter address have all been automatic responses with no human responding to my queries. I understand that people can get busy ( after all it is a business) but manners can move things along quit a bit in a business context. After going through the reviews on this platform I must confess that I am beginning to doubt my past experiences given that I am still quit new to shop and ship... My current experience is giving me time to pause and in light of all that I have said, I am quit worried and disappointed.

My Experience with Shop and Ship so far…

So recently I decided to try out Shop and Ship.I went onto Amazon.in (Amazon India) to purchase a few books that were not available in my local store. I decided to test out Shop and Ship by purchasing a small amount of books. I put in the details as mentioned by them for the Mumbai Aramex branch to receive the delivery. In the name section I had mentioned my name along with the code provided by Aramex.A few days later, Amazon provided me updates to my profile saying that the item has been delivered. So I decided to go onto Shop and Ship to check if the package had arrived. Nope, nothing yet. So I went onto the claims section and put in the tracking number provided by Amazon, along with the other requested details. Once this was done my request was available in the "My Requests" section. A day has passed and no updates. The next day I decided to drop a message on the Request to ask for any updates. A few hours later I receive an email saying that I need to provide a "Signed Proof of Delivery" and only then they will check the tracking system. Amazon does not provide this and instead let's you know on your profile (or by email) whenever an item has been delivered.I fail to understand why they need this "Signed Proof of Delivery" if everything was done right. Infact I have provided them the tracking number along with the invoice. Surely their system cannot be so complicated or out of date that they require such a proof and only then they will check. In fact systems are moving away from such mundane practices of signing for packages.I have raised this problem with the appropriate Global Care Center email address mentioned in all the posts on TrustPilot and awaiting a response.--UPDATE--The packages have been acknowledged by ShopAndShip and I can now see it on my profile. All that's left now is shipping and for me to receive/collect it. Updated rating accordingly.--UPDATE--I received my packages from Aramex a few days later, and can't complain, it's in amazing condition! Shop And Ship really is amazing. I believe it takes a bit of time to register at the site after delivery (approx. 2 days), but once it's been delivered, everything is flawless! Updated my rating accordingly. Not the worst one though

I decided to use shop and ship because one of my friend is using it and got no issues about his packages. My package was delivered to their warehouse in new york last April 5 as per the tracking updates of USPS. However, after one week i did not received any updates from their system and got worried if my package really arrived so i decided to call the local customer service and luckily they assisted me without any problem. They adviced me to wait for another 2-3 business days snd gave me some reference number to keep anytime i will ask them again about the issue. Still after 3 days, i called them back again to ask for updates. This time they asked me to send the invoice of my purchase and the tracking history updates. I almost give up as i dont want to keep following up for this and not sure if im going to have the package or not. On april 16 finally i got some news in my shop snd ship app. Asked me to pay for the shipping charges and in few days it was delivered in my address. It was a worrisome experience but still they delivered it after two weeks. I advice you to call your local customer service than relying on their social media account. Maybe it might help.

Please be careful if you are using Shop…

Please be careful if you are using Shop and Ship services because if you don't have a tracking number from the seller, you most probably loose your shipments. I have lost 8 shipments which I bought from UK and USA in June and July 2020. Aramex says that we have not received these and if you have tracking we can try searching these. Also one of the shipment was destroyed by Aramex in USA as they said there was error in address although they knew it is from me.
