So far the best!

I've been using Aramex shop and ship service from KSA (Flex Membership) and so far it is the best international shipping service compared to the others. I purchased things online in the US, Italy, Spain, and South Korea and so far all packages came quick and safe. They have always responded to my questions immediately and were very helpful. Also I like that all taxes are prepaid so I don't need to bring cash at the door.Prices were fairly reasonable and I have just renewed the membership to continue with the discounts. It's cool that they provide addresses from all over the world. I want to try and shop in many different countries using this service.I do expect some delays because of the current world issues but as long as they respond and show they are concerned about me then that's fine. Read my other reviews. Delaying 1 week to log your packages is nothing. Other services take an average of 2 weeks to log your packages on their system, they even lose your packages often and take 2 months to receive packages which is horrible. On top of that the worst thing is they cut you off and don't respond at all. This service is so far the best. I have had no issues and all my experiences were much smoother than others. Keep up the good work!

Had to switch to another service....

Had to switch to another service....I used Shop and Ship for about 4 years in two different countries and was very happy with them. And then I moved to Malaysia. The Malaysian office is very unresponsive - even transferring my account wasn't smooth. And then I ordered a power bank. My fault - they can't be shipped overseas. So I indicated on the website that I wanted to have it returned. And waited. Then emailed Malaysian office and waited more. Then it was too late to return it. I contacted Shop and Ship through their facebook page. They were very helpful but then it came down to Malaysian office again. Their email was rather offhand and eventually I gave up and just told them that I wouldn't be using them again. The three stars here are because of the 4 years of great service in other countries. If it was Malaysian office specific - It would be one.

Not the worst one though

I decided to use shop and ship because one of my friend is using it and got no issues about his packages. My package was delivered to their warehouse in new york last April 5 as per the tracking updates of USPS. However, after one week i did not received any updates from their system and got worried if my package really arrived so i decided to call the local customer service and luckily they assisted me without any problem. They adviced me to wait for another 2-3 business days snd gave me some reference number to keep anytime i will ask them again about the issue. Still after 3 days, i called them back again to ask for updates. This time they asked me to send the invoice of my purchase and the tracking history updates. I almost give up as i dont want to keep following up for this and not sure if im going to have the package or not. On april 16 finally i got some news in my shop snd ship app. Asked me to pay for the shipping charges and in few days it was delivered in my address. It was a worrisome experience but still they delivered it after two weeks. I advice you to call your local customer service than relying on their social media account. Maybe it might help.

My Experience with Shop and Ship so far…

So recently I decided to try out Shop and Ship.I went onto Amazon.in (Amazon India) to purchase a few books that were not available in my local store. I decided to test out Shop and Ship by purchasing a small amount of books. I put in the details as mentioned by them for the Mumbai Aramex branch to receive the delivery. In the name section I had mentioned my name along with the code provided by Aramex.A few days later, Amazon provided me updates to my profile saying that the item has been delivered. So I decided to go onto Shop and Ship to check if the package had arrived. Nope, nothing yet. So I went onto the claims section and put in the tracking number provided by Amazon, along with the other requested details. Once this was done my request was available in the "My Requests" section. A day has passed and no updates. The next day I decided to drop a message on the Request to ask for any updates. A few hours later I receive an email saying that I need to provide a "Signed Proof of Delivery" and only then they will check the tracking system. Amazon does not provide this and instead let's you know on your profile (or by email) whenever an item has been delivered.I fail to understand why they need this "Signed Proof of Delivery" if everything was done right. Infact I have provided them the tracking number along with the invoice. Surely their system cannot be so complicated or out of date that they require such a proof and only then they will check. In fact systems are moving away from such mundane practices of signing for packages.I have raised this problem with the appropriate Global Care Center email address mentioned in all the posts on TrustPilot and awaiting a response.--UPDATE--The packages have been acknowledged by ShopAndShip and I can now see it on my profile. All that's left now is shipping and for me to receive/collect it. Updated rating accordingly.--UPDATE--I received my packages from Aramex a few days later, and can't complain, it's in amazing condition! Shop And Ship really is amazing. I believe it takes a bit of time to register at the site after delivery (approx. 2 days), but once it's been delivered, everything is flawless! Updated my rating accordingly.
