Do not do online order with Saks fifth…

Do not do online order with Saks fifth Ave., Christmas order placed on December 14 was never delivered to my address. I was billed for the order even though it was delivered somewhere else, not to my address.I’ve called customer service at least three times. I only want a refund at this point. I’ll never deal with Saks again. After reading of Lord and Taylor demise I’m saddened. Compared to them Saks customer service should hang their heads. Terrible, terribly service. I’ll call one more time but assume they never intended to make my order good.

Surprising Customer Service Turnaround

First, I must say that upon reaching out to Saks Fifth's customer service I was speculative, because let's face it, "customer service" isn't what it used to be... Upon my first attempt at reinstating my promotional gift card, which had barely expired, I was shrugged away and put on hold until my patience wore out, being forced to hang up (and I have a lot of patience); hence the 4 star review... THEN, in the off chance, I tried calling in again. This time, I was helped with pleasantries, laughs, and lightheartedness! My request was fulfilled seamlessly, and the representative made me feel happy, even after we hung up the phone. I asked his name (Ludwing Tornuno), because I felt inspired to the point of taking time tonight to share and boast about my experience. En leu, I moved on to spending a biiiit of money :) :) :)I hope my expression of gratitude makes its way back to him somehow. GREAT job Saks; great job Ludwing!!! Happy customer here! Thank you.

Paying is a pain in the ass!

I have always loved Saks and even now have had no problems with my shopping or returns. But what the he$$!! For whatever reason I stopped receiving bills (paper or email) so was past due. I never requested paperless billing. I was locked out of my online account.I called to stupid, repetitive, braincell depleting hold music. Listened to that crap for way too long. Agent sends me an email to reset my saks account password. IT DOESNT WORK!! This has happened 3 times! They don't want my money!! It is almost impossible for me to pay my bill. Agents are pleasant but it is impossible to pay my bill. Will just keep shopping here with a different card who has their act together.
