Me and my boyfriend recently visited selfridges and bought aftershave and perfume , the lady who served us ‘ Raj’ was the nicest lady we have met by far , just wanted to take her home ! :)

Liz from the 4th floor was extremely kind, helpful and patient on helping me choose the right outfit for a black tie event. I was really impressed by her professionalism and customer orientated approach. She went above and beyond for me. Thank you very much for all your help in finding the right outfit, within my budget and for delivering it by special mail after all the tailoring modifications were made!

Update:As promised if this matter was resolved I would alter my review.I just received my parcel at the original price I paid with the size I wanted. Service greatly improved, thrilled with my purchase.Previous:I could it would be zero stars for the service I have received so far.A few days ago I purchased a ring for £950 in a size 53mm. I was unsure at the time of the size but the size I wanted was out of stock so thought I would give the smaller one a bash and see.A couple of days later I noticed they had a size 55mm in stock, I was absolutely delighted and phoned Selfridges to cancel my original order as I had no confirmation this had been dispatched. I called early on the Sunday morning and they were not sure if I could be cancelled and had to get through to another department. Unfortunately, I was too late and the following day the parcel was despatched. I was very understanding about this and was advised by the service advisor to refuse delivery and it would be returned to sender for a refund.I decided to purchase the 55mm just incase it went out of stock.Yesterday the parcel for the 53mm was refused as per instructed.This morning I get an email to tell me that the 55mm is out of stock and they were sincerely sorry for any disappointment caused. I could accept this if they haven't increased the price and now had x 4 55mm in stock along with a whole stock more of other sizes previously unavailable.To day I was curious was an understatement. I spoke to Ty this morning who advised sometimes stock levels can be wrong. I understand this, I worked in retail and sometimes computers get it wrong. However, in less than 10 days the stock level changed from 0 to 1 to 4 and it's interesting how there should be more available now the price has increased.My complaint has been passed on apparently and I am awaiting a response. So far I am £1910 (includes two lots of delivery) down with no rings and feeling utter frustration. I called again a few hours later as I would have expected this to be dealt with rather swiftly. I was told it could take 24 hours and there is no guarantee even if they do have this in stock that they would honour the original price.If this is rectified and dealt with appropriately (aka source a 55mm ring at £950 original) I will of course change my review but I'm not holding my breath!

I was very worried after reading other people experience and high percentage of 'bad' reviews. I thought of trying my luck and give it a go. Good news is my international order arrives 2 days earlier than what was stated at the delivery date! Thank you Selfridges, I have received my order in good order!! I am very happy and satisfied that my item arrived just before mother's day this Sunday.

Never had a problem with any online orders from Selfridges. Very grateful that they are still open and customer service are there to answer our queries. I take my hat off to them!!

Have ordered loads of stuff via the app and sent some items back with no issues whatsoever. I paid to have deliveries for 1 year and have ordered a bar of chocolate and had it sent to be used as part of birthday gifts and it arrived well packed and on time.The only criticism I would have on the app is sale items are still shown even when oos and there is no way of filtering these items out which to my non technical mind is surely an easy fix?

Ordered my girlfriend a present, Friday 20th December , arrived on time 21st December Great !

I recently purchased clothing items from Selfridges. I was concerned there would be issues based on the terrible star rating on here but my experience was excellent. Not only did I get the items at a great price with free delivery, they arrived super fast (despite it being during covid 19). One item was unsuitable and again was worried that it would take weeks to get a refund, but they were so quick. A couple of days. One of the best shopping experiences I've had online.

I have been ordering from Selfridges for sometime, and they are really quick at sending packages internationally regardless of the current circumstances of COVID.I have not gotten any troubles so far which is a good thing and I'd like to continue using their website. Sometimes the package is dented, but it did not do any harm to the item itself. Their Selfrdiges+ is a wonderful service too.I also like it that they pack the items with an original cloth bag.

Order today, delivery tomorrow, can’t get better than that. Only paid £10 for free next day delivery for a whole year, I’m delighted, also love that they wrap your order in canvas selfridges bag which can be used as shoe bags.
