Some praise for hermes/evry

For the last two years i have been purchasing from Amazon and hermes/evry have delivered about 95% of my Amazon purchases. All deliveries have been on time. Nothing has been damaged during transit. I dont know the driver because i leave a note to leave in the porch which he always does. I have been extremely happy with the service that hermes provides. Well done

Better late than .....

My heart always sinks a little cwhen I learn that a parcel is coming via Hermes, comparred to others they are slower with the items sitting in their depots for a day or three and they dont have an estimated delivery hour whne they dispatch
