Best customer service I’ve had with any retailer, there was a couple bits missing from an order they couldn’t do enough to help me & as fast as they could, very responsive to emails & extremely helpful & friendly!! Exceptional customer service

Exceptional customer service. I recently ordered my daughter the Little Dutch Teepee. On completing the order I realised I had sent the item to my parents address in Northern Ireland rather than our home address in scotland. I emailed customer service, despite them being short staffed due to Covid sickness, they replied quickly and managed to change my order to the correct address. They even followed up to check I had received the item. Friendly staff with amazing customer service. My favourite company for all my daughters needs. Thanks again!

Lovely products - delivery issue resolved.

I had an issue with the original delivery (Yodel claimed to have delivered despite no one being home and not being able to provide the photo of an open door which they say is now proof of delivery). I contacted Yodel twice and they advised to contact Scandibørn. Charlotte arranged for the items to be sent again and they were received two days later. Thanks so much!

They're Trying

On 12/1, I placed an order for ten items for just under $230. These are Christmas presents for my children and extended family. Eleven business days went by without any update from the company. I emailed them twice -- with absolute radio silence from them. After waiting additional time, I emailed today. No response so far. Update: As a last-ditch effort, I reached out to them via Instagram and was able to actually correspond with a very thoughtful and informative human. The next day, customer service responded to my email and let me know they would be sending my purchases soon with upgraded shipping. My package actually arrived before Christmas! Rather a miracle, given the horrible lack of communication from this company.I was told that they're well aware of their shortcomings, and they're working to improve. I am cautiously optimistic. I'm glad the company is looking to purposefully update their customer experience. It's greatly needed. If that can be fixed appropriately and moved to the stellar category, then they will have something really special -- both in the product lines they carry, the prettiness of their site, and in how the customer is treated start to finish.
