Long super thick hair? No problem!

I have long super thick hair. Not just thick but a real wave too! I bought the Cloud9 wide plate hair straightener with free mirror, heat guard and water bottle for £129. I’ve had GHD’s forever. My last pair of wide plates died after 10 years and I was just going to replace them until someone told me about Cloud9. Well let me tell you I am converted! They are amazing! My hair is not only poker straight but also glossy, shiny and so soft. Also I slept on it and woke up with it exactly the same! Don’t get me wrong, I do need to use the hottest heat because of how thick my hair is but I am blown away with the results! The heat guard is a great idea too as they do get hot and being able to leave them to cool down safely is great. The only slight niggle with them is they do start to cool down if you don’t use them for 30 seconds and occasionally it did take me longer than this to get the next section of hair ready, but they heat straight back up so it wasn’t too much of an issue. Highly recommend, especially for the price!

Worth the money best on the market.

Can not recommend the cloud nine curling wand highly enough. Recently cut my hair into a bob after seeing Kate Waterhouse’s hair and her tutorial. If you are Australian you’d know who Kate Waterhouse is. Anyway the curling wand is amazing. You can get a great loose or tight curl and if you want a more undone look you leave the ends out. See Kate Waterhouse’s Instagram. She has a quick tutorial. It’s a cute great look for Mums on the go. I even added the texture spray she recommended by Kevin Murphy and I get so many compliments on my new look.The wand has a variety of heat settings which is great as I have dyed blonde hair and have to be careful of the temp. The only negative would be I would not have been able to use this on my longer hair. Would be great to bring out the same wand just longer in length for people wanting to curl long hair effortlessly. Especially people with extensions. I feel this wand would be too short. You get a heat protectant glove and I even got the paddle brush. I also got a wand for my nephew who has straight short to medium hair and wanted those e- boy curls and he loves it. He finds it easy to use and says the curls last if he adds sea salt spray before styling. My Mum has the larger barrel wave wand and loves the look as she likes that looser wave that almost looks like a blow wave, but with less effort.

Amazing customer service from Kelsey

People are so quick to give a negative review so would like to give a review on some amazing service I had with Kelsey one of the customer service team. I ordered a pair of Cloud 9 straighteners and silly me didn’t check the delivery address and they got shipped to a old work place of mine which was impossible for me to get to. Kelsey completely went out of her way when my order arrived at the destination to get in contact with the store and arrange for DPD to collect my order and re direct it to my current work place. Her service skills were fabulous and she even went out of her way to ring me with a solution to my problem as soon as I realised the mistake had made. Thank you Kelsey for your amazing service :)

Great customer service

Contacted Cloud Nine yesterday via the website for a returns request. I had an immediate automated reply and then a customer service advisor within an hour. I was asked to send proof of purchase (invoice) which I did and within 20 minutes asked to send a video of the fault, which again I did and got a further reply from the advisor who had sent the required returns label. Posted the faulty goods this morning and we expect to get a replacement product within 7 days.Great customer service from Mary who was prompt, polite and at no point made me feel as if my claim was not important.

I ordered the cloud nine original hair straightners for a present, I already have a set and find them the best. The adjustable heat settings is perfect for my thinner hair.
