Updated Review

Purchased a total of 8 sets, 6 as gifts with accompanying gift messages.On receipt of my order, the items arrived with no gift messages. Customer service offered a £5 voucher code which is currently being advertised anyway. However, James the Director personally investigated my complaint and responded to me directly with an apology & details of how this technological issue affected my order.Having received the personal touch from James regarding my unsatisfaction, I feel much more valued as a customer and should the gift recipients be impressed with the cocktail making, I will purchase more sets.Thank you James for taking the time to investigate and for liaising with me personally.

Incorrect Delivery

UPDATE - The CEO was very quick to respond and investigate the issue, less than 2 hours. Replacements for the missing items have now been sent and tracking of the delivery will now be monitored by the team to ensure replacements arrive in a timely manner. Very happy with the response and outcome.Have recently ordered several cocktail its during the buy one get one free black friday offer. However I was very disappointed to see that only one of each kit was shipped and delivered. So far no response from customer service on this issue.

The Cocktail Mans cocktails are absolutely delicious! You really do get such a luxurious product for a good price point. We had the Pornstar Martini (everyones favourite) and have 0 complaints, definitely ordering again!! We have tried the premixed cocktails from other brands and they do not compare in the slightest!

I came across this brand online, and I'm hugely impressed. The customer service is excellent, as is the product itself. So far, I've had the Mango and Passion Fruit Mojito and the Salted Caramel Old Fashioneds - they are absolutely delicious.The boxes arrive promptly, and they are beautifully packaged, making them a great gift for someone, or just a treat for yourself. I would recommend to anyone!

Easter cocktails - disappointed by delivery service but impressed by customer service.

This was my second time to place a substantial order with The Cocktail Man. The Christmas gifts were gratefully received and much enjoyed. I received an email from Royal Mail telling me my items would be delivered on the day before Easter which would have been perfect. I was disappointed when my cocktails didn't arrive as promised since they were an Easter gift and I had ordered them in good time. I sent an email to the company's website but realised that by that time nothing would be able to be done. I received an email from James recognising my disappointment and giving me options that were both sensitive and practical! The fault lay entirely with Royal Mail since the goods were dispatched in ample time for pre-Easter delivery. I can't fault James's commitment to good customer service and I'm just sorry that I hadn't contacted him before the window for delivery closed! The cocktails arrived today and I know they will be enjoyed as much as those we had before. Thank you James - I will look forward to doing more business with you in the future!
