I did order some groceries as I have…

I did order some groceries as I have received some free vouchers. While doing the transaction i have exceeded from the vouchers amount so i had to pay the excess. Thats normal. But what i was upset is that in the app it has being said that my order has been sent to the market, only the problem is no driver are available. So i had to ask some help to their agent as i am waiting for almost one hour of my order. Yet the agent said there is an error with my order. If there is an error they should or it should pop up in the app so we know whats happening. That would be helpful to some of your customer. Good thing, Is that they were able to response me with my problems after a chat with their agent. But it was totally a waste of time waiting for too long not knowing what happened to my order . I was not able to cooked for dinner coz food hasn't arrive. I hope it will not happen again. I love talabat.

Advise you to please understand the situation that Talabat is overcoming

People in the middle East have to understand that due to covid 19 issue and lock downs faced and blocked area in many regions there are delays and not to mentioned that the online ordering has increased 200% this puts a huge load of order on the restaurant and Talabat and it's customer support, but Talabat and the people working for them are trying their very best to make sure that the orders are delivered as soon as they possibly can, people have to understand that its not a terrible app and the customer support also is trying their very best to make sure every customer leaves on a happy note. I wish you guys a blessed life from my side and take the liberty to wish you the same on behalf of Talabat.

Far from a great service.Talabat does not care about their customers and they have recently acquired Zomato in the United Arab Emirates. I don't know where this goes... but I don't expect much of a big success.

Talabat UAE is fine, other reviewers need to understand the purpose of trustpilot

My experience of talabat in UAE has been good. Their user interface is good and all my orders have been delivered within the agreed timeframe.Talabat are a well established online order & delivery portal, as such their performance depends on that of their suppliers (restaurants, supermarkets and delivery drivers). They are also multi country and i suspect their performance varies per country.Too many reviews here are by reviewers whose only contribution to trustpilot is to trash talabat. Given that many complaints are standard customer service issues (long delivery times, cold orders) rather than TRUST issues, i wonder if the reviewers understand the point of this site.
