Amazing replacement service

I bought the mighty in March 2021. Then, in November it stopped charging. I opened a request sent them the confirmation email with my purchase (from a third party vendor - not from Storz and Bickel). They asked for a video of the serial number and the problem.Within 2 days, they had sent me a full replacement from Germany to South Africa by express mail. I got it in a week, because our customs here is slow.

I own The Mighty and Crafty+

I own The Mighty and Crafty+. I had an issue with the crafty over heating. Called customer service, and sent the old one in. I had a new working Crafty+ in less than 4 days. They sell top notch products, and have amazing customer service in my opinion. The taste of The Mighty is out of this world! The Crafty+ has great flavors, and less bulky.Buy either one from an authorized dealer. That way you have a legit warranty.

Bought a Mighty from TVAPE in Toronto3rd time using the 12v charger it failed.Contacted TVAPE to see if it was under warranty and was immediately told they do not cover warranty and to contact Storz. Storz told me to contact TVAPE.I contacted Storz again and explained my situation and they sent out n/c a replacement with no proof of purchase.Thank you for the great customer service from Storz.
