My Experience with Shop and Ship so far…

So recently I decided to try out Shop and Ship.I went onto Amazon.in (Amazon India) to purchase a few books that were not available in my local store. I decided to test out Shop and Ship by purchasing a small amount of books. I put in the details as mentioned by them for the Mumbai Aramex branch to receive the delivery. In the name section I had mentioned my name along with the code provided by Aramex.A few days later, Amazon provided me updates to my profile saying that the item has been delivered. So I decided to go onto Shop and Ship to check if the package had arrived. Nope, nothing yet. So I went onto the claims section and put in the tracking number provided by Amazon, along with the other requested details. Once this was done my request was available in the "My Requests" section. A day has passed and no updates. The next day I decided to drop a message on the Request to ask for any updates. A few hours later I receive an email saying that I need to provide a "Signed Proof of Delivery" and only then they will check the tracking system. Amazon does not provide this and instead let's you know on your profile (or by email) whenever an item has been delivered.I fail to understand why they need this "Signed Proof of Delivery" if everything was done right. Infact I have provided them the tracking number along with the invoice. Surely their system cannot be so complicated or out of date that they require such a proof and only then they will check. In fact systems are moving away from such mundane practices of signing for packages.I have raised this problem with the appropriate Global Care Center email address mentioned in all the posts on TrustPilot and awaiting a response.--UPDATE--The packages have been acknowledged by ShopAndShip and I can now see it on my profile. All that's left now is shipping and for me to receive/collect it. Updated rating accordingly.--UPDATE--I received my packages from Aramex a few days later, and can't complain, it's in amazing condition! Shop And Ship really is amazing. I believe it takes a bit of time to register at the site after delivery (approx. 2 days), but once it's been delivered, everything is flawless! Updated my rating accordingly. Thank you Shop And Ship!

No complaints after 2 orders

I had read mostly bad reviews about their service but decided to give them a chance anyway. 2 orders within the last month arrived to Sri Lanka without any issues despite Covid19 travel restrictions. Maybe I got lucky, but I am happy to trust them with another package.

I have no issue so far and could not find the cheapest shipping forwarder who can beat shopandship. Been using many forwarders before. If you want the cheapest you can signup but if you need special services like products photos and etc. you need to find another forwarder.Price is transparent, you paid what you see in the website shipping calculator.I have shipped about 40 shipments and it's arrived within 1-2 weeks to my country.Just using it because it saves my pockets. I read many bad reviews here but mostly when my package was late added to my account I just need to find and claimed the shipment.One more thing I hope can be improved is to allow customers to put the right package value. Sometimes my package is declared overprice and I need to pay a lot of taxes to customs.

I came here to write a real review about shopandship since their review rate is not fair at all.I've been shopping with shopandship for more than 5 years. I've shipped clothes, shoes, my car exhaust, i built my computer from parts I bought from amazon with shopandship and I never lost any item. Customer service always helped tracking my late shipments but usually it took 7 days to arrive.My orders were always from USA to Lebanon beirut.Their fees are a bit higher than the rest but I would pay more to garantee that my orders always come in good shape.Also, its much easier than other services since you can accurately estimate their shipping fees because they only calculate the item weight without volume which is awesome.Don't get fooled by the bad reviews. Trust me they are the best.

Had a positive experience with them. I had no other options and was afraid after I read reviews here. But at the end it was fast and easy. Thailand to Kazakhstan. I do believe that people left negative reviews because of problems, but do not left positive, when all is good.
