This is my first time shopping at Shoe…

This is my first time shopping at Shoe Carnival I thought I'd give them a chance I know they had a lot of negative reviews online but the price was to good to pass up. I called the customer service just to see what they would do if my package was defective or didn't come. They were very kind, courteous and respectful when they answered the phone. I talked to the Customer Service Representative & Shift Supervisor, Christopher. He ensured me that my items would arrive maybe not on time because of Coronavirus of corse so I would have to be patient. He emailed me a return Shipping Label Just in case my item was defective or damaged. He was right my item took a little bit longer than what was expected but I'm satisfied with the overall service and product.

I at one time worked in retail. They told me a bad experience will travel far. A bad experience will be told to many, but a good experience only unless it was exceptional will be only told a small amount of people. And I think this is the case here. I ordered a pair of girls shoes and the shipping cake very fast and as ordered. I suspect there are many happy customers that don’t bother to review, but a few angry ones that have blasted this company all over the internet. I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews. I got my shoes fast and easy, no extra charges and they came even faster than I expected, and were the exact shoes and size I ordered. I was very worried about ordering from them, given all the bad reviews. But not only they are the only company who had the shoes I was looking for in stock (TEVA sandals for my son) but they also had them discounted. I thought to good to be true, but since payment was Paypal, I took the risk.I am happy I did, both pairs arrived as expected, shipping was ok (not ultra quick but not slow), and it was a great transaction.I can't say anything about customer service, but if you are just looking to order online and know what you want, don't hesitate this site is not a scam.

Fast Delivery.

Shoe Carnival shipped my order in two days. Very pleased with that. However very displeased with FedEx. The driver made no attempt to find my address. When I called FedEx they gave me the run around. After I posted a bad shipping review FedEx called me 5 minutes later and told me my package would be delivered again on the next business day. Hopefully I will have my kicks on Tuesday.
