Lost bags with no support.

They cabin crew was amazing and the flights were on schedule. The problem is that I never recieved my bags and when I call their offices and ask they say that they have no idea where the bag is. Usually a bag can take up to 48 hours to be found and that should be the maximal time. I asked about an immediate solution since I will have to buy new cloth and other necessities but they never called back as promised.

Flight Frankfurt - Amman

+ Direct flight Frankfurt to Amman- Cancelled return flight+ Informed about that cancellation before the date of the first flight and offered alternative flight 3 days later at no additional cost.+ reimbued costs that resulted for the date change.+ Vegetarian option (cheese baguette) on one of the flights- No Vegetarian option on the return flight (only Turkey). Very reliable

Very reliable, on time departure on the four sectors even with full load of passengers on the B787 out of London Heathrow.Very polite and caring cabin and flight staff, I am so impressed with Royal Jordanian I rating them much higher than British Airways, well done.

Would recommend Royal Jordanian!

We used them for our latest vacation from Copenhagen to Kuala Lumpur, where we had an issue when going home. Our flight with Malindo Air was delayed 2 hours and 40 minutes from Phuket to Kuala Lumpur. When we landed in Kuala Lumpur, we only had an hour to get our lugage and check in again as it was two different airlines, and because of the size of the airport we knew that we couldn't make it. So running through the airport to the transfer desk, taking the train to the next area in the airport and new transfer desk, we were told from Malindo Air that we had to leave our bagage in Kuala Lumpur if we wanted to catch our flight. Running to the gate and checking in, we explain the employees at the desk from Royal Jordanian that our flight was late and we just hoped we could check in, we knew that we had to leave our bagage and so on. They're kindly checked us in just before boarding, explained that they couldn't help with the baggage, but what we had to do when arriving at Copenhagen airport. We thanked them and boarded our flight with mixed feelings. Fantastic that we made it, but had to go home in summer outfits and not having our bagage. But just before take off, this man comes on the airplane and told us that the managed to get our suitcases on board! How amazing is that! We couldn't thank them enough! This is truly service, amazing customer service. This was not their job or issue, but they did it and made sure we got a nice trip home.Definitely gonna use them again! And the service on board and the airplanes are really nice.

We flew RJ in business class from…

We flew RJ in business class from Chicago to Amman yesterday and found it to be a completely acceptable experience. Everyone was masked. The lav was clean. The flight attendants were friendly. I do wish they’d come through the cabin more frequently with water. After the first bottle we got on boarding, I had to ask later in the flight. I thought the food was at least par for business class. No complaints.

How flying should be!

I flew to AMM with Royal Jordanian and it reminded me of how airlines were back in the good old days: friendly staff, food and drinks included in the price, comfy seats, pillows, blankets and earphones with a range of entertainment! I would definitely fly with them again!The only gripe I have is with a toilet lid not staying in place, which was inconvenient; but I was told that this was to do with the angle of the plane at that moment in time.
