Refund received

Due to the Corona outbreak flights were cancelled and after contacting Mytickets they promised to refund the ticket cost.I guess they are struggling to sort out the issues. My previous experience with Mytickets was very good. I hope for a good outcome.....Ref: LWDSSWI just managed to contact Mytickets via Facebook Messenger and they helped me find the refund date. It was my mistake that i missed that refund as it was 4 months after the promised date. Nevertheless, I understand the crisis that Mytickets is going through and want to give them a 5X rating.

I received my refund from mytickets.ae for my booking DDXZEL (Dubai to Reykjavik through KLM). Due to pandemic a portion of my booking was cancelled and after few follow-ups, I received a voucher valid for one year. However, since the travel situation didn't get better within a year, I requested for a refund. Though the customer service through emails require a lot of follow ups, I used Facebook messenger to contact mytickets.ae. After few follow-ups, I got a full refund for my tickets! Their response rate through FB messenger is fast
