A leak in the tank…

My Muddaddy sprung a leak in the tank after very little use. I was pleased to receive an extremely prompt reply to my email to say they were sending a new tank which has arrived and working fine. Any company can sell stuff, the good ones care and act when things go wrong, thank you.

Pawsome Customer Service!

We’ve been using our Mud Daddy for about a year to clean our yellow lab - who often looks like half a chocolate lab after her walks! Two minutes with the Mud Daddy though, and she’s clean as a whistle. I was also super impressed when I emailed Mud Daddy this weekend, after the plastic trigger snapped on our brush. Dana immediately agreed to send out a replacement brush, free of charge. Even though our product was well out of its 30-day guarantee. So if your dog loves mud, and you love great customer service - Mud Daddy are totally Pawsome!

5 litre mud daddy

I bought the 5 litre mud daddy and had problems being able to pump it due to carpal tunnel in both wrists. It does take some pumping to build up pressure but I've never actually got the recorded 2-3 minutes of water flow. Recently I went to use it and there was no resistance...I contacted customer service and they were great. They assumed the O ring was missing but another agent Monika realised it might be the actual o ring off the pump. Once I took the pump apart I realised that the o ring looked too big and there was black bits all over the tube....making me think the reason why I found it so difficult was because the o ring was too big and it was having pressure put on it until it went out of shape and snapped. Monika was great identifying the issue and has said she'll send one out in the post. Hopefully this will resolve the issue and make it easier to use. Overall I think its a great idea in principle, do I wish it was a bit easier to use?....yes I do. I fill it up with hot water and a tiny bit of dog shampoo, stick it in the car and by the time they've had their run about the beach it's the perfect temperature. Not so useful when my dog decides to roll in fox poo or anything major. I have recommended it to other dog owners especially for rinsing doggies feet with all the products people use to defrost and de ice their cars, paths etc. Would consider buying the bigger model when I have the money or if the company offer a reduced price to loyal customers

Great product

I have the 12ltr mud daddy for my horses and love it. I take it everywhere and it gets the sweat and dirt off effortlessly. Unfortunately I broke the pump as I’m cack handed and as I didn’t see it on the website for sale I emailed the company. They responded very quickly and replaced it free of charge including postage. I wasn’t expecting that but can’t rate them high enough.

Great product - great service

Have now had 2 of the dog washers, great products. Did have one slight issue and MD replaced the part free of charge, came in 2 days. Great service and great product, use it a lot with our 2 labradors. Well done MD

Mud daddy is brilliant !

Brilliant ! The mud daddy does what it says . I have no water supply around the back of the house so this is the perfect solution . The dogs don’t mind it because the water is warm . Highly recommend it .
