I am a college student who was in urgent need, because my old mattress from Ikea has become too sagged for my comfort. Thus, I decided to go mattress shopping and one of the stores I visited happened to be the MattressFirm located on 1245 S. Main St, Walnut Creek, CA. I was greeted promptly by one of the employees who's name was Saul Murillo. He aided me in my search for a new mattress and described all the details along with the pros and cons of each mattress. His customer service was exceptional, so I knew that I could not leave the store until I found the right mattress with his guidance and expert knowledge. I have just bought a full mattress from MattressFirm all thanks to Saul's interest in making the process as smooth as possible. If you happen to be in Walnut Creek and are looking for a mattress then definitely stop by this location and ask for Saul, since he is always compelled to help YOU find the Perfect Mattress! Cheers-

Only bought from Mattress Firm, one time. I needed a 6" thick, folding Millard mattress but was shocked by the prices on Amazon. Prices almost tripled in 2 years since, I last purchased one from Amazon. Kept checking MattressFirm everyday until I saw the Millard mattress as a 'daily deal'. Also found a 10% off coupon code & bought it for a fraction of the cost of Amazon prices. It arrived in 3 days despite our remote location. Arrived in perfect condition. I'd never buy a mattress online that I'd never seen/used before but knew this particular folding mattress was a good one.

Service I received was excellent! The sales rep, Tony was informative, thorough, patient with the many changes in mind of my order I had and even broke down pricing of various options for me so it helped me make my decision. He wasn’t pushy at all, he didn’t need to be with his vast knowledge of the mattresses on the floor spoke enough to make the sale if that makes any sense. I enjoy my reclining bed with the massage, but my mattress is so so. I only gave a 4 because of the mattress, otherwise I would have given a 5 given my good service experience. I can’t say enough positive things about Tony. I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt he really deserved one. Thanks Tony! I love my reclining bed! Mattress firm offers a really good mattress guarantee if you don’t like your mattress you can get a different one as long as yours isn’t wrecked when they pick it up. I’m going to swap my mattress with their fantastic plan- obviously you have to pay the difference. I think that’s a great guarantee because just laying on a store mattress for a minute can be tough sometimes until you really try sleeping on it. This review pertains to store ITSELF in Forest Park Il. The manager Jim very courteous/helpful & pointed out the sale items. He explained the sales & explained the warranties. Delivery is to be in 2 days, so once adjustable frame & mattress delivered, IF needed, I can edit this review. Since I see on here some BAD experiences with delivery. Again it is dependent upon the delivery service & I do hope old mattress/ box spring taken away. As promised. Again IF an issue, I will modify review. Mattress delivered & so far all is well. @ gentleman who worked swiftly & completed job & took my old mattress/box spring away.

Rory at the Draper office and Utah was so professional and extremely helpful! The store had already closed and he let me come in anyways. He let me try out several beds and help me find a great price on a mattress that was even on sale and had free delivery! I was so grateful he went out of his way to stay open for me. I’ve had months of mattress anxiety and he brought peace to my mind finding a great product at a great price!

My wife and I are very pleased with our sales representative, Ralph Morris, at the Mattress Firm here in Pittsfield, Massachusetts at 555 Hubbard Avenue. He was very nice and very helpful with getting us our mattress. He help us out with a payment plan and delivery to our new home on the day we requested. Mattress Firm Elmhurst Clearance 88-02 Queens Blvd, NY 11373As we had a tremendous experience at the Mattress Firm at this location (Mattress Firm Elmhurst Clearance at 88-02 Queens Blvd, NY 11373) in the past with the sales person, Alex, I decided to return there to get another one.As she was not there upon my arrival another sales person, Ralph, was available to assist this time.He was never pushy and was genuinely concerned about the type of the exact mattress I might have been looking for.The transaction was quick and smooth, having able to identify what I had needed.As those two pillows that were supposed to come with the mattress and the base upon the date of delivery were not available, I was explained that I would need to pick them up at the store when they come in later.On the date of pick up of these pillows, Ralph was not available so that another sales person, Walter, greeted me with such pleasant and authentic smile. He immediately recalled my name as one of the customers picking up the pillows, which I was blown away with. The pillows were already wrapped and had my name on them!!Starting from Alex, who provided us with very meticulous service, entertaining and keeping our toddler while we tried different products less than two years ago to Ralph, who was extremely efficient and precise, Walter who blew me away with his service, taking away my frustration of having have to visit the store again to pick them up, are luminous. But for Walter, my experience would not have been as near perfect as it was since I was already agitated and upset that the pillows did not get delivered on the date of the delivery with no explaination at that time.I would definitely recommend this particular location for anyone who has access to the store by subway or any other means. It is because it is worth it!!
