They don’t have a contact # on their page. So by the time you find it, after googling it for 30 mins, & you call them, they say it’s “too late” to make any modifications! Wth?I Know I put “ship to me”, & they’re still shipping it to the store, 45mins to 1 hour from where I live. & I don’t want them to cancel it! -The only other option! & I wanted to change the color of a shirt. Should be simple. But nope! Wth?you only have 15 mins to modify an order-even tho, you can NOT find their contact # to do so! & do NOT fall for the “sending u $10” BS! It’s a scam! They’ll charge u $15/month! & they aren’t even associated with Kohl’s. TG I read the fine print before clicking “yes” & “send”.I love buying “Elizabeth & James” clothes, when I can. They’re the ‘only’ clothes I don’t buy at GoodWill. Seriously. I just wish the buying experience wasn’t so unpleasant. This happened the last time I ordered something from them. I don’t want to have to drive an hour away to get my shirt. Plus, pay the S&H fees. Like I’ll have to do in the future. JS. (I prob won’t buy anything in the future online.) They should have free shipping all the time. It’s the only way I’ll ever order anything online. & I don’t do credit cards. Being debt-free is awesome! But KUDOS on NOT SELLING “MYPILLOW”!! That guy sucks. & so does his products. I hate “my pillow”. Threw mine out after I heard he was supporting Trump & his bigoted cronies!

Their website is amazing it evens offers you ideas on how to style the clothing you purchase and if you click on the other clothing attires it shows you the cost or other options. Really amazing website!

Great Products with over $200 in savings. While I browsed the discounted items, I found plenty of choices. I needed to go down a size and wanted to pay as little as possible in case I gain weight again. All six items were a need versus a want and they all worked while saving me $200 plus dollars from initial sales price. I will keep shopping at Kohls for quality and prices.

I have always loved this store. Last year I was honored to have worked there. My co-workers were great and most of the managers were too.

I visit Kohl's store 0064 on 6-19-2022. My shopping experience was enjoyable thanks to Ali in Sephora. She went beyond the call of duty. She was very friendly and profession. Customer Service was beyond expectation. Ali is definitely asset to the company. Thanks to her I will visit 0064 more often. It is worth driving the extra miles.

Have no problem with store. Have issue with the way they handle credit card payment. Pay on your card early even before receiving bill in mail they charged late fee. Double check your bills people especially with that high interest rate. Won’t be using there card any more

Year after year I take my kids back to Kohls to find the best deals on the looks my kids want... because you know from year to year it changes quite a bit!
