Despite all the negative ratings I've see now, I disagree, I've been emirates nbd customer since 2013, never had any problems when it comes to online banking and customer service, I don't use credit card at all so I can't comment on that, they have a good network of ATM machines, saving account Interest rate is low, apart from that I'm happy with them.

Bindu, Suma & Minoy Chacko. Thank you, This is something I've been trying a lot since I left UAE. If i am correct i send more than 50 Emails and a lot calls from here, but there was no progress on it yet. When nothing happened, i decided to travel UAE this February, as a last-ditch attempt i emailed one more, but this time i was lucky I got a good team, so everything went much faster than I expected, and my issue got solved. I didn't have to travel anywhere. I thank everyone who worked behind this, special thanks to Bindu Mathews, Suma & Minoy Chacko. Thank you for the mind you have shown to help me. Banking is fine

Banking is fine. But reaching a customer service is a nightmare. The AI 'EVA' does not understand half of what you need and is a mostly a waste of time. Every time you need to reach a phone banking agent you need to enter your card number, expiry date and pin. They do not maintain customers registered mobile details or anything that makes life easier. Phone banking with ENBD is unnecessarily complicated!

Go to NBD Abu Baker Al Siddique Rd, there is amazing banker called Mr Sachin Pandey I just been again to this branch and Mr Sachin was as ever the best person you can ever meet in a bank. Very helpful as always on the top of his work. Very polite very energetic , Always help the customer and go extra mile to help. I just want to say Mr Sachin Pandey is great person he knows how to deal with the customers how to help them and make then happy with the bank. I got all my relatives to register with the same bank as it is the same branch ever. Mr Sachin knows how to guide the customers and solve all their issues smoothly . He is extremely helpful and really NBD bank should be proud to have a banker like him working thereGreat branch, great people working there, very welcoming and professional. I went today to Emirates NBD, Abu Baker Al Siddique Rd to open an account and met Mr Sachin Pandey the Personal Banking Advisor, he was externally professional, very welcoming, pleasant and really helpful. He explained all the bank products and services which are suitable for me. I would diffidently give NBD Abu Baker Branch 5 stars for employing such helpful and pleasant person like Sachin. He diffidently represent the core value of Dubai. This is Dubai which I use to hear about when I was living in the UK; full of good people.

I am waiting for 5 months for delivery

I am waiting for 5 months for the delivery of my credit card. Even after huge effort to arrange delivery the internal teams are unable to arrange. Incredible bureaucracy and very disappointing customer experience. I wanted to switch from HSBC who are terrible but I don’t get much confidence that this will be better.
