Brilliant customer service! These guys always go out of their way to help me. I’ve dealt with them on the phone and emails. Never had any problems. They go out of their way to find stock when I enquire, they sent a package with free delivery for me once just out of kindness. I love all the items on their website always 100% amazing quality. Only cons I can think of are:*Lack of free “next day delivery” I’m not saying they need that on every product it should be free next day if you spend £50 for example. They sell those incredibly beautiful 17” Limited Edition dolls for example which range between £72- £500 they should at least have a free next day delivery option because you are paying so much money for the item as it is. They currently only have free second class which for the price you pay is quite poor. *Not enough products for Adults. On the USA version of the website has pages and pages of clothing and accessories for adults. I find that very unfair because there are so many fans here too! In my opinion they should have the same amount of products on our website too! Another problem is the clothing sizes. The USA realised women come in all sizes verses the UK who think we’re all skinny so the sizes here only go to an XL (small for the size tag too!) and in the USA sizes go bigger. NOT FAIR! I’m a plus size fan and I should be able to purchase my size from this website and not pay a fortune for customs because I have to order from abroad. *No pre order option for the Limited Edition “17 dolls. Again the USA version of the website have a pre order option for those special dolls. We don’t which is extremely unfair too! It’s especially unfair because over here they sell out in seconds sometimes verses if he had the option to pre order we’d probably have a better chance of ordering via that option. They are also quiet about when these LDs are going to be released. They used to sometimes announce them on the Disney Store US blog but not the last few! We need more warning to give us time to save money. Also the ones that are £500 is insane! We’re not millionaires! Not everyone realistically has that kind of money to spare. They need to charge much less for those LD sets!*Lack of decent promotions. Another thing the US site does are some amazing promotions on toys. Buy 1 doll get another for free that sort of thing. I never see deals like that on here. I never get discount vouchers either but over there they do. Really annoying since delivery is expensive so it would be nice to have cheaper items to make up for it! My final negative point is that some of the plushies seem to be limited edition with no warning. Like last year when Pete’s Dragon was out they sold an Elliott plush. He’s not on the website anymore and there was no warning at the time that he would be limited. Now I have missed out and scalpers are trying to make a fortune on ebay by overpricing him. Next time a toy is only going to be there a limited time we deserve to now that and that it won’t be restocked.

Well my experience has been somewhat different to the other posts on Disneystore trustpilot page! I walked into my local disney store in lakeside (Thurrock) yesterday. I can not believe how helpful the staff were! I wanted a big Minnie Mouse for my daughters 1st birthday. The gentleman who I spoke to explained they didn't have any left in stock. However a really helpful lady said I did see one in our stock room which was returned back into store by a customer in the morning. The lady went and sourced the large Minnie Mouse and it was still in its original packaging. The kind lady then kindly gift wrapped both items for my daughter. I have also ordered many products online in the past and the delivery has always been spot on. It's amazing the amount of people who leaves negative reviews about a company when things do not go to plan. Disneystore you are pleasing the majority keep up the good work! Very happy customer!

Always had a good service from thedisneystore.co.uk. The only problem I have with them is they cannot tell you when or if a product will be back in stock

Found some great Lion King themed toys for my niece's birthday which i'm sure she'll love after watching the movie - managed to save some money on my order too which is always a nice touch.

I have now bought off the Disney online website 3 times and twice there has been a problem with the new toy story 4 toy set. I emailed them about the broken product (buzz lightyear) and they got back to me after a week when they said it could take 48 to 72 hours which is very poor to start off with then finally gaining contact they kindly replaced the whole set for me which is very convenient and generous because I was not expecting them to do so.but I have now received the replacement and it now the whole packaging and product is damaged and the quality of the product is not at a suitable standard to sell the product now I think this could be Disney’s fault and Hermes fault but I’m not very pleased as these are meant to be presents for my younger siblings

fast delivery wonderful products

First time ordering from disney store online. Was worried at first after reading other reviews, my item was sent using standard delivery after a few days and delivered a couple of days later perfectly fine with no problems. Would be quite happy to buy other things in the future.Update - placed second order and everything was the same as before, dispatched after 3 days, delivered 2 days later, happy with everything. Great service once again.

I ordered 3 dolls and a palace play set from DisneyOnline. They had a great deal going on, 10 dollars per doll + 10% off making each $9. Overall, I paid 47 (including the 7.95 shipping). I completed the order 3/24/16 at night and had no set deadline to receive, so I was not worried at first...UNTIL I decided to read reviews! I was devastated and started to question my order. However, I received my confirmation e-mail 5 minutes after. From there on I frantically checked my status online and from 3/24-3/28 my order sat in the active stage (this is fine, because it was Easter weekend). On 3/28 a shipping email was sent! I looked at the order online and it went from active to closed. I then clicked on the tracking # provided and it took me to a FEDEX website, not UPS and stated "A label has been created it will update with a expected delivery when more information comes". A bit concerned, because it stated it had been shipped I waited it out. At last on 3/29 my package was scanned and is on it's way! Expected Delivery is 4/01! Hopefully, everything is there and not broken or wrong! In the end, don't be to worried about your order just from reading these reviews. If you look these are 30 to 22 cases of people who had the misfortune to have an experience like this! I normally do not post reviews, but hope this eases a few on their orders if they didn't check reviews beforehand. Be safe shopping online!

Great purchase and speedy delivery

Buy from the Disney Store frequently since they stock trading pins and have always had pretty good service. I had an issue once where an item was missing from my package and so contacted them and they told me it was because the item was out of stock which was annoying as it should have stated that on the product page but anyway they refunded me my money no problem and that was that, though had I not contacted them they would not have issued me a refund. Another issue being a year ago they had a promotion where every order would get a little extra surprise, I did not get one and I contacted them several times and was always told they would get back to me, been over a year and they never got back to me which is poor service. But other than that I've not really had any major issues.
