One of my favorite brands

One of my favorite brands! They have prices that make since, they don’t have one type of material priced the same as a different type of material say sports bras and shorts or leggings and shorts the prices are all different by what they are which seems fare. Your not getting ripped off in prices like some companies will do. Prices are decent and definitely affordable when they have sales. The material is amazing stretchy soft forms to your body perfectly there’s no extra material hanging around. I have zero complaints for the products they sale and they are true to size with zero shrinkage ... like some other companies I’ve tried. Over all experience is amazing!

Super impressed with this clothing…

Super impressed with this clothing line. Items arrived in decent time. I ordered twice. Once was during a launch so understanding the mass shipping it took a little longer. The quality is great and sizes were true to size for me. I also had to return one item and it was hassle free and quick turn around for the refund. I will def order again

Impressed with quality

My first order with Buffbunny, Legacy leggings and Monarch bra. I'm overall really impressed with this brand. The quality appears great and both items fit perfectly. Also true to size. I would say the leggings are really flattering and hug the waist nicely.I do want to mention one thing though. My items were sent to EU-Croatia and I ended up paying extra 60 EUR on the top of the 109 EUR cost for 2 items and the postage. This, of course, was not Buffbunny's fault as VAT needs to be paid when importing, however it's worth keeping in mind when ordering. It would be nice if Buffbunny had a distribution centre in Europe to save their customers from paying such extortionate fees. I'm sure you guys have a plenty of potential customers in the EU. Anyway, I'm really happy with my purchase. Keep up the good work!

I'm rating the customer service today…

I'm rating the customer service today and not the clothes as I do think the clothes are quite nice.I have ordered 3x's from Buffbunny's Canadian site. Shipping is slow, approximately 2-3 weeks to ship once they process the order, which is not immediate.My first 2 orders I had no issues. This last one that I placed had problems. One of the items I ordered, the product bag was labelled with the item I ordered but a completely different product was inside the bag. I contacted Customer Service via contact form right away which I didn't receive a confirmation that it was received on the other end so I decided to email my issue as well. I received an automated message advising that I would get a response in 24 hours.That was 10 business days ago and still no response. In that time frame a resent the email, got another automatic response only. I also contacted them via social media which I got a copy, pasted message stating that they are very busy and it can take up to 5 business days to get an email response.Ridiculous. I've since put in a claim with my credit card company and they are investigating but have credited my card in the meantime. As much as a liked the clothing I will speak with my $$$ and never order from them again. I have now researched this company and its the same issues coming up with other consumers. This company does not respond to issues. They are hoping you go away and keep shopping with them. This is not acceptable. Workout clothes are a dime a dozen and I will just shop elsewhere.

Better than Lululemon

I feel the need to write this company a positive, real review, what with the cluster fck of scammy online/instagram retailers these days. I live in Canada and they have a Canadian distribution center, which means no stupid extra duties (looking at you DHL) and free returns/exchanges. The quality of the products are exactly what you would expect for the price, and one of the only good brands that has leggings with pockets AND curved glute seams. Sizing is comparable to Lululemon generally, but would recommend looking at YouTube try ons for any items you want to purchase just to be sure. Fast shipping too, recieved my products within a week of ordering. All in all, would definately recommend this brand!

Innovative + inclusive

I learned about this company about 4 years ago. Never took the leap to try it until the end of last year when I saw plus size figures wearing their clothing. Love the inclusivity!I’ve got a wide hips and find most athletic apparel companies their leggings are see through around my butt... I enjoy their joggers a lot! Thick material that’s most comfortable + cute.Leggings are wonderful too! I can record myself squatting without the fear of someone seeing the color of my underwear. Plus the company is pretty innovative with colors and style every month. They can be a bit costly, I’d recommend ordering around Black Friday if you want to try them out without breaking the bank.

First time ordering from here

First time ordering from here. I was sceptical cause its an US brand and im from EU. But i didnt get hit with customs , the leggings ARE THE SOFTEST EVER probably on par with my lululemons. Shipping from US to europe took only 2 days, yes u have to pay 18$ shipping everytime but damn thats still quite speedy. Price well worth the quality <3 just make sure to pick the right pieces. i LOOOVE that they listen to their customers and actually provide customer service. not so impressed with alphalete tho (terrible customer experience). So ill be purchasing only from buffbunny from now. Made by woman for woman. The inclusivity is also an eye opening thing they deliver.
