I used AirTKT to fly to London. The flights were several hundreds of dollars cheaper than direct with airline. I decided to purchase it before I read the reviews. After I read the reviews...I was upset with myself for not looking first. Turns out ....I did not have any problems what so ever. They seem to be good as long as you don't need to change or cancel. So my first experience was great!

I've book a flight through airtickets …

I've book a flight through airtickets Bratislava- Tel-Aviv somewhere in april this year. I had mistaken my birthdate and send them an email. They've contact me back less then 24 hours changing it to the right date with no charge. Everything was well. The price didn't changed and flight was on time. Flew with smartwings. P.s I booked really closely to the flight date (couple of days before) , so take that in mind.Regards, Gal.

I already booked more than 8 flights and had no issue but never had to contact the customer support, reason I put my recommendation here.I like - the option +/- 3 days to evaluate the prices during a week period- the propositions to have decent prices for simple intercontinental flights, so can arrive at one airport and return from another one (not easy to find)I visited south of Brazil arriving in Florianopolis and went back from Porto Alegre reserving 2 simple flights at correct pricesSome advice when reserving flight tickets :- Always put the right names like written on any passport, ID- Always clean your browser to only have the chosen reservation active, so you do not mess up with the pages.- Follow the flight status on sites like flightradar24 to have the latest information about the schedule- I think for this site English is mandatory once you have an issue

Firstly, I bought the tickets via this company.After that I read the reviews, here, on website and I was totaly scared because of bad reviews.But, there was no problem with the tickets and flight.I think If you have entered right informations during booking, you have no problem,

So you guys have me very nervous

So you guys have me very nervous. I booked a RT ticket Denver to Bangkok for $820, much cheaper than I could find elsewhere. While inputting my email address I had entered it as gmail.vom instead of gmail.com. When I called, I waited on hold for 5 minutes and got it all sorted and got my confirmation email seconds later. Then, I went to the United.com website and entered in my confirmation number and was able to access all of my itenerary/change my seats etc. So I am hoping that this is not a completely scam website. My guess is that many people have easy, successful bookings and don't run to this forum report smooth travels. The ones that do have a bad experience will have much more invested in the experience and will write a bad review. Summary: I have had a smooth booking with access to my airline's website/flight info. I have not traveled yet, but it looks promising. I will report after.

No problems

I thought I should review this company to give a positive view on their services. I cancelled a flight with them on 23rd Dec and I've money back in my account today. All communications through email or telephone have been prompt,polite and accurate. Yes,it's sometimes a few minutes before you get through on the phone but that's hardly uncommon is it? As their automatic email response says all enquiries dealt with inside 48hrs. So it has taken 5 weeks to get my money back but that's largely due to the airline's system and I was told at the outset that it would be this long. No complaints from me at all.

No Problems

After I purchased my tickets on their site I came across this list of reviews. The reviews were mostly terrible. I was very concerned. I purchased a round trip from Cincinnati, Ohio to Bangkok, 3 flights each way. Purchase was made about 60 days before the flights. I received my receipt within 15 minutes of booking and then later received a couple of emails asking window or aisle seats and then for passport information. Email communication was answered within 24 hours. I didn't contact them by phone. It looks like most of the bad reviews are from people that 1) changed their reservation or 2) had a problem getting their name correct on the ticket. My experience with them was very good.

I was afraid but everything was perfect

I was very afraid to buy a ticket to Brazil through Airtickets since bad reviews i had read but i took the risk because it was cheaper than others online agency, and everything was perfect, in few minutes i got my tickets, then i went to the airline website (latam) to confirm it and yes, everything perfect.
