I have ordered several times from UO and never had a problem. Fast delivery, fast refund if ever needed. Thumbs up.

My son needed to change a t shirt that was a Christmas present they couldn’t have been more helpful managed to find one on line orders it using a gift card and managed to use bar code on a photo I had of the receipt They couldn’t have tried harder I was really impressed

First of all, thank you. I had a very easy buying experience and although my order was shipped standard, it arrived very quickly. I had an issue during ordering applying my coupon code but wanted to place my order before it sold out. I contacted Customer Service, not once was put on hold, and spoke with Rachael. She was very friendly, polite and was incredibly helpful in taking care of my request. I have worked in customer service so I understand how stressful this position can be. So I wanted to personally thank her for making my experience more than exceptional. I appreciate it.

On the whole really happy, one of the tops was a lot smaller than I thought it would be and quality was thinner fabric-wise, but still looks nice!

I love this shop, incredible quality and very friendly customer service. I love ordering from Urban Outfitters and I love going to the shops. I especially like the iets frans sweatpants. Unfortunately over 4 orders/parts have been cancelled in the last month, but only after my request (I wrote UO at facebook mesenger). But the customer service responded quickly and very kindly, I just wished they would have let me know a little earlier. But then they quickly transferred the money back. It is also a pity that it happened so often, because every time it was the same reason: no more products in stock. All in one a very nice shop with great parts and a very friendly service.

Needed Nike’s in a rush ordered on October 28th got it today! Awesome job!

I love Urban Outfitters, especially when shopping in-store but since the nearest store to me is 35 miles away I do most of my shopping online. I've never had to return anything because it was faulty/didn't fit etc. but I think their 3-5 business days shipping time in the UK is really lengthy. Its making me avoid shopping online there because shipping is so slow. They should do free standard (2-3 business day) delivery on orders over £30 and free express (1-2 business days) delivery on orders over £70. Express should be £5.00 to purchase on orders below that threshold. Do better UO and you will have my custom.

Love UrbanHave never had a bad experience and do not understand what anyone is talking about here. You're always taking a bit of a risk when ordering online but clothes always arrive as advertised and exchanges either by mail or online have always been really easy for me. Most recently bought a midi length red dress that buttons all the way down. Kind of little house on the prairie -esque but i love it so much

I got all my products quickly, was able to track them throughout the process, and for the one item that was slightly damaged, I received a refund right away.

The customers service I recieved from urban was incredible!! I was asking about a return and I recieved immediate help and am very satisfied by how I was treated and spoken to. I got told what I was wanting to find out and am very chuffed overall!!

Last week I ordered 5 things for $25 and one of the cute comfy halter tops. I was so excited for my order but when I went to pick the package up, the delivery driver left it in a bad spot in the rain and it was soaked and half the things were ruined. Although I waited a while on hold, I was connected to (Ivan? Evan maybe?) who was incredibly helpful. I explained the garments were so wet the tags wouldn’t even be attached and he still issued me a full and free exchange with next day shipping. Couldn’t have appreciated the fast help more. Great customer service.

I honestly don’t know why there are so many bad reviews here. Ive shopped online on UO many times before and most of my orders came really quickly; apart from one item that got cancelled and refunded because it was out of stock (but I am from the UK, so it might be different for some people?). The Customer service is also really good, I advice emailing them because they reply quickly and will most likely do something about it. The clothes are also really good quality and fashionable too.

When needing to return something they sent me an exchange before I even had a chance to send it back to them! It was great!

I love shopping at urban outfitters,but I've never shopped online all my items are backorder and it's been a month,I'm starting to get scared reading the reviews.I spend $150,can anyone let me know how long it takes for a back order?

I've been shopping at Urban Outfitters for almost a decade and the first half was totally fine. When packages were lost or stolen, they refunded me immediately and I never had issues with the customer service. However, the past few years, the experiences I had with them were mediocre to say the best.Often times, I order items online and nowhere would it say the items are backordered or out of stock until after I place the order. I ordered a $20 button down shirt 2 weeks ahead of time just in case of delayed processing and shipping due to COVID-19. It wasn't until I ordered the shirt and days later, the order details said it was backordered. When I checked again days later, the backordered notice was removed but the item wasn't shipped. They also charged me for the $19.99 shirt and $4.95 shipping even though the item isn't even on its way. When I tried to contact them, the Live Chat said it was unavailable and the phone number was staticky and impossible to hear anything so I end up hanging up. I understand that now times are hard and perhaps they have delays due to COVID-19, but not updating the system on the website to calculate the right amount of stocked items is such a nuisance for customers!When my sister ordered pants from them and accidentally selected the wrong size, UO told her that the order can't be cancelled so she'd have place a different order with the correct size, return the wrong size and wait for a refund. When I tried to cancel the last two orders that had backordered items (which wasn't stated upfront), the company refused to let me cancel the orders so now I'm forced to wait.On top of that, the items are super overpriced for the quality. The UO brands are extremely hit or miss. I purchased a few cropped tanks and some of them were so badly sewn, it looked like a middle school project from a beginner. Even the sale items could be so pricey. I literally have to look at the clothes in real life to get a better idea and try them on because I don't think anything other than their basics (jeans and plain tees) are meant to fit anyone who isn't skinny and have long legs.I pledge to no longer shop at UO as often as I used to.
