Worst service ever!!

Worst service ever!!! they lost my package that I ordered from Calvin Klein. When I called for the first time, I was told that do not worry that it will be delivered today until 7 pm. Then I called the next day and they told me that they had lost and now I need to contact the seller so that the seller opens an investigation. I still have not received any information about where my package was from them. The attitude towards people who pay their money and are waiting for their goods is just awful !!!! They just don't want to work there. Now I’m waiting for an investigation on PayPal to at least return money from Calvin Klein.

What upsets me about company's like UPS…

What upsets me about company's like UPS is that they hire these foreign so-called "technicians" when they are as dumb as a bag of rocks! Some cannot even speak proper English. They hire these these foreigners so they don't have to pay them more than if they hired Americans.

Positive feedback

I went to the UPS store in Bangor, Me in April. I was mailing a large package that weighed 30 lb. The dimensions of the box I used would have cost me over $200. The person at the store was kind enough to ask me if there was room in the box I had packed to be cut down. She opened my box, cut it down to a lower dimension, and retaped it for me. This brought the cost down to around $100. Great customer service - the lady that repackaged my box and the young man at the cash register were both helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience today at UPS in Seneca, SC! I didn’t know the store closed at 2:30 (my fault for not checking). The store manager saw me walk away with a package i needed to return to Amazon, and called me back to the store. He allowed me to go about making my return - even though the store had already closed - and was so polite! I am so appreciative he took the time to do this!

Could not ask for better customer service! The UPS store in Springfield, Ohio is outstanding. The employees are professional and very friendly and courteous. When they pack and send my items, it is very well done and nothing ever was delivered broken or damaged. I send nearly all of my packages via UPS and am totally satisfied.

Absolutely brilliant

Absolutely brilliant! I have used UPS about 4-5 times now. I wasn’t expecting great things to be honest because I’d had bad experiences with so many courier services but they are easy to use, good price, quick to deliver and the product has arrived in perfect condition. I have dropped parcels off at local location and yesterday arranged a collection in Belfast and parcel arrived in Dublin this morning!! I’m super impressed.
