I was looking for something that was not on the shelf in my local Penzance tesco store. A member of staff from the grocery section called Paul, went out of his way to help and managed to find the item I was after. Very helpful.

Not impressed with my first online…

Not impressed with my first online grocery order consisting of many substituations and very little life dates on fresh meat and produce.I did this order as was away for a weekend break to visit my new nephew for his christening so did not have time to go into store.Thought online would be easier but was not great experience.£4.50 for home delivery is day light robbery especially for those such as the elderly and vulnerable thar have no other choice.The delivery driver was very friendly and apologies but apart from that I will not do online order again.

Rang Tesco to sort out a problem for me, not of Tesco’s making I must emphasise. Spoke to a lovely lady named Danielle who was patient, warm, kind and efficient. She even managed to pick up my call again when my iPhone dropped out and I rang back. Amazing. She sorted my problem and made my day and she’s an asset to Tesco. I have to say that anytime I’ve rung their help centre I’ve always been pleased with the service. Also, the delivery staff are excellent, both in picking the order correctly and in delivering with courtesy and helpfulness. Well done Tesco.

I cannot thank the staff (Jon & team)…

I cannot thank the staff (Jon & team) at Tesco Express, Shenley, Radlett. My keys were locked in my car. I waited 4 hours for the RAC (which never turned up). I have MS. They let me wait inside, gave me a chair & made me tea. By 11pm when the store closes and the RAC hadn't showed Jon gave me a lift home to Edgware. Don't know what I would have done without their help.

Tesco made a mistake on click and collect, rang and when the mistake was identified the guy, it was his first day in the job, sorted it out. Polite and concise. Well done tesco Penzance.

Its good that you are trying to protect…

Its good that you are trying to protect the public from Covid 19 by putting arrows in your shop which most of the public ignores anyway. Could I suggest that you remind customers via your tannoy system to social distance and to follow the arrows while shopping. I was in the shop for 1.30 hours and customers were totally ignoring the signs, were not reminded which made me very vulnerable.
