I looked on here after I had placed my order, if I would of looked first I wouldn't of ordered. I'm glad I did though and honestly I can't believe how many bad reviews there are. I'm assuming only disgruntled customers are sharing their feedback.I ordered on the 1st August it's been 10 days and it arrived today at first I thought it was taking ages however it comes from Switzerland and there's a global pandemic going on. The item is in immaculate condition and was packaged safely and securely. Based on my experience I'd definitely order again, thank you for providing a great service during these challenging times

Excellent Quality, Like Always

I've never had a bad experience with Swarovski, like ever. The quality is good, the service is always pleasant, and ordering online is pain-free and user friendly. I think most of the bad ratings are due to the fact most people go into jewelry shopping blind. (I am sure there ARE bad experiences, like any establishment, but honestly Swarovski has been around since 1895 and has maintained high quality items and services for over a hundred years.) My most recent purchase was for my mother's birthday, a necklace and earing set. She loved it! I had to order it online due to the pandemic restrictions, but like I mentioned before, it was a pain-free and user friendly process. The shipping was prompt and the jewelry set was high quality. My mother loved it (and she's a very difficult person to please).

This review is for an online customer service Wiktor. I contacted them asking them about my order as it was delayed in being sent and he emailed me straight away the next day and gave me the details I required. The following day I hadn't heard anything about my order or when it's being shipped so he emailed and said I'm very sorry about this and kindly gave me a voucher to say sorry it was a compensation for the delay. Wiktor was very quick to solve my issue and kept me informed and has very great customer service skills has a friendly approach so he deserves this review. Thank you wiktor. Mrs cozens

Greetings from Norway, This brand is one of the affordable and good quality go-to brands. I started buying from them for myself when I was 18 years old. My love for good quality and luxury brands started here. I ordered Ortyx rhodium plated hoop earrings and they were delivered really fast - only a few days. I love the earrings! I would recommend swarovski to every woman that likes to wear jewelry.

Where's my refund - UPDATE

Update on previous review.Swarovski emailed yesterday to say they have received my item and paperwork and are now processing my refund. They apologised for the inconvenience too. So my rating will now be 4 stars and I shall continue to buy their products. Thank you Swarovski. Ordered, O/N 10GB00000845666, a pen on 1 April 2020 which arrived on 6 April, then saw same discounted in their 40% off sale. Returned pen on 8 April using the return form label that was sent and have a Post office receipt. Heard nothing from Swarovski about receiving it. Emailed on 20 April askibg for update (tried calljng theur Customer Service number but messagw says its not takjng calks and to email). Received bog standard response that they will deal with enquiry. Still nothing, so sent another email, again received standard response. Still nothing. Sent yet another email and stated would post bad review and still wantex update. So far not a response of any sort. So upshot is, i have no pen and am out of pocket to the tune of £35. Absolutely disgraceful. I have a number of their products which i love, but this episide has complete put me off buying from them, at least online. I sincerely hope they will sort this mattef out. I know wd have the virus scenario but this just isnt good customer service. Sandra Jackson

Beautiful jewellery but really disappointed that it was not clear until I got my receipt that it was being delivered directly from Switzerland to UK. I still have no idea how long it will take to arrive. It won't be in time for my mums birthday for sure? Annoying as I would have waited a few more days and ordered on black Friday if I had known!

I have finally received my order! They ended up taking my money out again and confirmed it would be sent with a tracking number to go with it. It took longer than usual which is too be expected as the world is on lockdown... but it did come and it was exactly what I ordered. Thank you Swarovski!
