Sprint New Customer Deals August 2022

My family is with Sprint from past 18yrs. Excellent customer service . Call drops are less. Sprint provides variety of plans for family.

I am a senior. Verizon placed me on their 55+plan. Was supposed to cost $60. My first bill was $89. I called and visited a Verizon Store. They assured me it was fixed. My 2nd bill was $198. My daughter loss her mind. I blew a gasket. Drove to Sprint Makayla was fantastic! My plan Kick Stater cost $30. The 55+plan is $50.

Over all, sprint is a OK company. When you order anything, or start a new line w/ a new phone, you need to listen, and DOUBLE check the info you are given. Sprint does not lie directly to you about certain offers, just people do not listen, therefore causing their own issues. Sprint is good at offering phone/line deals depending on when you join Sprint, or when you upgrade. They have some spotty areas, but work just fine in major cities of course, or heavy populated areas. 3 of of 5 stars.

I want to say thank you to the representative name Chardell, she was so professional and very pleasing to talk to. I really enjoyed her servant ability, she was patient with me, I'm not one to overreact, but I like to get to the bottom of a situation. There were some things I had going on-on my line but she took care of it. She was very informative and she understood that the customer is always right lol. But I hope every sprint customer could have a chance to talk to her. I'm thankful that it was resolved and i would always recommend sprint to everyone with customer service like that. Two thumbs up for Sprint. Yeah boi.

UPDATE: Sprint executive office called me a day later, apologized for the mix-up and fixed the problem. I have had Sprint for a couple of years and have never had any problems until now. I have four phone lines, three Apple watches and an I-pad. I have never been late on a payment. My daughter decided to set up her own Sprint account- so we did the Change of Ownership paperwork after she called Sprint and got her account number and approval for $150 a month. We received emails on December 7th that the transfer was approved for her phone number and her lease. The next thing I know, I have a notice that I am PAST DUE $464.40. I also received an email that said that the charge would be credited off my account within 3 business days. I waited the three days, and the charge was still there. It says $214.34 for lease purchase and $250.06 for a lease cancel charge were put on my bill Dec. 12th- however I have the letter saying the lease transfer to my daughter was approved on Dec.7th. I am beyond frustrated about this because I have talked to four different reps at Sprint and been given different answers. Previously I was told not to worry because the charge will be removed and it won't be pulled out on auto-draft. A few days later a new rep told me she would send in a "ticket" and set me up on a payment arrangement so that I would not show past due and all of this would be taken care of before the payment arrangement date. Today after almost two hours on chat, they tell me that the lease will be added to my daughters bill in one or two billing cycles and that I have to pay the $464.40 and it will be credited back to me!! I am furious. There was never any mention of me being charged in any way for the change of ownership and I have copies of all of emails and conversations with Sprint. I refuse to pay for a lease that was approved for transfer. I was not informed that I would be charged almost $500 when I contacted Sprint about transferring ownership. Now I find myself looking for a new service provider and I will be fighting the charges for returning all of my devices early because of the misinformation I was given. I am so glad I have all of the transcripts, emails and documents. I am very disappointed in Sprint because they have been great until now.

SO I HAVE BEEN WITH SPRINT FOR 4 YEARS AND I ADMIT THAT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WASN'T ALWAYS THE GREATEST, BUT TODAY I WAS ON THE LINE WITH TIANA AND SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS , REACHED OUT TO HER SUPERVISOR WHEN SHE DIDN'T HAVE THE ANSWER. SHE EVEN CALLED ME BACK TO LET ME KNOW WHAT ELSE SHE HAD FOUND OUT ABOUT MY QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS. SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE THAT I RECEIVED THE INFORMATION THAT I NEEDED. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE HAD YET WITH SPRINT. THANK YOU!!

Excellent phone plan I have had sprint a year I love it great service customer service representatives are very helpful and knowledgeable I leave them a 5 atar but actually they are a 10!!!!!!!!
