Sprint Deals For Existing Customers July 2022

UPDATE: Sprint executive office called me a day later, apologized for the mix-up and fixed the problem. I have had Sprint for a couple of years and have never had any problems until now. I have four phone lines, three Apple watches and an I-pad. I have never been late on a payment. My daughter decided to set up her own Sprint account- so we did the Change of Ownership paperwork after she called Sprint and got her account number and approval for $150 a month. We received emails on December 7th that the transfer was approved for her phone number and her lease. The next thing I know, I have a notice that I am PAST DUE $464.40. I also received an email that said that the charge would be credited off my account within 3 business days. I waited the three days, and the charge was still there. It says $214.34 for lease purchase and $250.06 for a lease cancel charge were put on my bill Dec. 12th- however I have the letter saying the lease transfer to my daughter was approved on Dec.7th. I am beyond frustrated about this because I have talked to four different reps at Sprint and been given different answers. Previously I was told not to worry because the charge will be removed and it won't be pulled out on auto-draft. A few days later a new rep told me she would send in a "ticket" and set me up on a payment arrangement so that I would not show past due and all of this would be taken care of before the payment arrangement date. Today after almost two hours on chat, they tell me that the lease will be added to my daughters bill in one or two billing cycles and that I have to pay the $464.40 and it will be credited back to me!! I am furious. There was never any mention of me being charged in any way for the change of ownership and I have copies of all of emails and conversations with Sprint. I refuse to pay for a lease that was approved for transfer. I was not informed that I would be charged almost $500 when I contacted Sprint about transferring ownership. Now I find myself looking for a new service provider and I will be fighting the charges for returning all of my devices early because of the misinformation I was given. I am so glad I have all of the transcripts, emails and documents. I am very disappointed in Sprint because they have been great until now.

I bought a new IPhone at Costco and drove off thinking it was ready to receive calls, but it wasn’t. I was far from home and immediately went to the Sprint store on West Anderson Lane in Austin Texas where Michael G helped me set up my new phone. I could never have done it alone at home. Michael G went over and above his duties to help me and I couldn’t be more appreciative. Thank you.

Sprint bas been there for me since the day I received service. I have never had an issue with them ever. My phone was even shut off for a day and they worked with me in turning it back on and paying later.

I had a very good experience at the Denton location with Brea Lesa(I sure hope I didn’t mess that up) I had a few obstacles to get past in order to get my phone plan set up, and she made it feel like a breeze. Thank you so much!

Sprint customer service is horrible!!!! Every single time we have to call which is pretty bad that we have to call so much!!!!! We don't understand them they don't understand you, nothing gets solved! Cannot wait for my contract to be over!!!!!

Recently my phone was stolen and I needed a new one. One of my friends gave me a I-phone and just had to get it turned on at Sprint. I really appreciate how hard the customer service rep. at the store worked trying to get the phone activated for me. Because the phone was from another network it didn't work. But I like the fact that every possible method used, And they never tried to force me to buy another phone. I could tell that they wanted me to save money by using the phone that was given to me. He had a Very good personalities and was very patient. That means a lot when you are already stressed and being without a phone for over a week is not easy, So I came out of the store feeling thankful. And also was reminded I had insurance on the phone and I should just file a claim to get a replacement. So everything workout just fine, God is so Good.

I was a very happy customer of Sprint since 1998, when they warned me that my area was new and might not receive perfect service. I did, however for many years. With the changes and upgrades to metropolitan areas, my rural area is no longer supported (2017) and after nearly 15 years, they were gracious and understanding when I jumped ship and they prorated unused services. My stepdaughter lives on the coast and has perfefct service and also receives excellent service from mainland reps who speak clearly and are helpful.

I’m sooo thankful to sprint for being a upstanding company by retiring my services during this time of uncertainty. I’m thankful for the entrails they provided and the amazing customer service.
