I feel compelled to write a review for this company after having such a horrific experience with another online MC retailer. I was surprised to see the bad reviews, although I know its the bad experiences that compel most people to write reviews (me included) and studies have demonstrated this to be true. However I think Revzilla deserves a shout out for outstanding customer service in response to MY MISTAKE, in addition to their consistently super fast shipping, great video reviews of their product, and more. So I accidently returned the right glove of the Medium and Large sized pairs of gloves I got by mistake, thinking I had sent the left/right pair of Large gloves. I meant to keep both the right and left (of course) from the Medium sized gloves after buying two sizes of the same gloves because I wasn't completely sure of my size in this brand. SO MONTHS LATER AND WELL PAST THEIR RETURN DATE RANGE I discovered the issue, I had put them away and got busy so I didn't have time to ride. Their inspection team at the warehouse missed it as well, so I guess they went back into circulation. I had been refunded the full amount for the "large" returned mismatched pair long ago. When I realized the mistake, I called them, told them how stupid, careless, and sorry I was and offered to send the Left Large glove back hoping they would have the mismatched pair and they could send the right medium glove. They had JUST sent them back to the manufacturer, after having recently discovered it. They allowed me to RETURN the mismatched gloves, PAID FOR SHIPPING, AND issued me a store credit for the full amount of the gloves to exchange for another pair, since these had gone on sale and were sold out. Revzilla must know they have a customer for LIFE!

Ordered Astars gloves on Tuesday this week and they show up on Thursday. Can't get shipping faster than that. Packed well have no complaints would recommend to other riders.

Purchased a Moose radiator for my KX450 on Saturday. Site said it wasn't in stock and would take 1-3 business days before it would ship. Well it's now Wednesday (3 business days) and tracking says it's out for delivery. Shipping Excellent!!!!!!! Pricing Excellent!!!!!!! Customer Service Excellent!!!!!!! Will always consider them for any future MX gear or parts.

I purchased from Revzilla for the first time on 28 August. I ordered Klim jacket and pants for delivery to Australia. The price was much lower than I would have paid in Australia, and I was charged US$35 shipping via USPS. The goods arrived here in Australia on 5 Sept, so only one week after ordering. I did not have to pay any import duties or GST and the items were perfect. Maybe I was just lucky but Revzilla delivered a first class service at very good prices.One piece of advice if you are outside of the US - if you are ordering clothing, make sure you are VERY certain about the sizing as it will be very expensive and time consuming to return anything from overseas.

Probably the #1 motorcycle accessories site in America, honestly. They handle it better than Scamazon ever does for helmets and whatnot. Even if you don't buy from there, it's a great search tool to see what exists, then you can hop onto eBay and find it cheaper from small shops. What I don't like about them is their refusal to post negative reviews of their products. Like many a bored individual, I go back and try to read my old reviews. Frankly, anything I've posted with less than 4 stars is either removed or never posted; they keep a few on there sometimes so you don't suspect it. It's THEIR website, they can do whatever they want, but about time they get called out. I get it, a negative review can prevent a sale, but you need to have integrity. Not all your products will be 5 star, and it's unrealistic to think so. Just be sure to research beyond the reviews on their site...or CycleGear, owned by the same people.
