Update: Just as I was about to apply for refund on PayPal, the parcel actually turned out! No items were missing so I’ve upgraded my review. Having said that, I’m not likely to order from them again as the discount not worth for all those waiting and worrying!…. Placed an order on 16/11, still waiting. The tracking number they provided was somewhat dodgy. It seemed to me that Every time I emailed customer service querying about the status of my shipment, the tracking gets moved a bit, then no activities until I sent another email enquiry. It’s just so bazar, nothing like other international shipping I had experienced before. I’m kinda regret ordering from them, next time I’d rather order from Sephora, although will cost me more, but at least I know I’ll definitely get it.

Did take a couple weeks to arrive but i did order during the sales and it was coming from America. Received everything I ordered and nothing was damaged (including the eyeshadow palette)

Good products but very long delivery times

I ordered an eyeshadow palette and a lip gloss directly from the Pat McGrath website. The products are of good quality and the eye shadows are really pigmented and beautiful. My only gripe would be the delivery time which took 4 weeks and when I sent an email to customer services asking for a dispatch date I didn't get a response which was disappointing.

I got very lucky with their customer service

Placed an order (a gloss set) by the end of December, it got shipped on the 29th. Two and a half months pass and it hasn’t arrived, tracking number stops updating (I didn’t think much of it, shipping from USA to Romania usually takes a long time). Wrote to customer service asking what can be done and they responded in less than 2 hours! They immediately created a replacement order with express shipping (without me asking, even!) and it got to me within 3 business days. I was expecting worse after reading some of the reviews, but I’m pleased to say my experience was a happy one. Shipping wise, it the shipping company’s fault. Pat’s customer service handled everything the right way.

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service, I ordered during a special event that stated free shipping and import tax. Sadly for some reason my country still wanted me to pay the import tax, I contacted the customer service and within a day they sorted it out and refunded me the extra cost. I'm sad to see so many bad reviews here because in my case it's been the best customer service I've ever had the pleasure dealing with.

Beautiful and quality products

I received my international order less than three weeks from payment, which I think is perfectly acceptable during these trying times. Products are wonderful and in great condition. I was concerned after placing my order and reading all these negative ratings, but either I was one of the lucky ones or the company has made it a priority to improve its service.I hope my review will help them raise their rating because I am happy with them!

I am among lucky Pat's customers

I know many people are having issues with Pat's website - I guess I have been among those few lucky ones who never got an issue with them. Actually, their CS refunded me in a few minutes when the DHL driver stole my parcel and made sure I still received my items. Then once they have also canceled my order letting me not to pay the return delivery fees, and has always been helpful with any questions.

I have mixed feelings about this…

I have mixed feelings about this company but all and all, I would never purchase directly from their website again. Placed my order on the 15th december and my package arrived yesterday (27th january; 6 weeks plus a day). Trying to make sense of the totally different tracking info per tracking sites, I concluded that my purchase was arrived in europe two weeks after ordering but then stuck for another three weeks: and that is the nlpost (netherlands post) folks. After they released my package, it arrived very quick, one day transit to Hungary and another week here at customs and actual delivery. The items were in perfect shape, actually I was surprised about the condition of the box, it was absolutely intact, even the edges. No VAT, no customs did I have to pay, also fabulous quality make-up. In the meantime (while my package was stuck in Holland) I had contacted the PM site to take a look at my order, but as you can guess - no response. So, my verdict is, plus for product-quality and sturdy packaging, minus for the very long shipping time and non-existent customer care. I have no idea from where I can buy PM in the future, as I am not willing to risk international delivery from the US again.

Initially concerning..

I made an order at the beginning of January it took a couple of weeks to arrive but as its coming from the USA I expected a bit of a delay. When the package arrived I found it was missing 1 of the lipsticks. The packing note didn't include it but the confirmation of shipping did. Sent two emails to the customer service address and got no response, there was no refund for the missing item either. In the end I sent a DM to their Instagram page, didn't get a reply for 3 days so commented on one of their post on Instagram asking them to reply to me. Within an hour I was responded to and they were very helpful. Asked for my name and address and sent the lipstick out via FedEx and gave me the tracking details. It was with me within 2 days! I then had a response from the email I had originally sent asking me for my order number so they could refund the lipstick as it was out of stock! I assume they use a fulfilment agency to send orders and things are not going well. It seems contacting the official page on social media gets you in contact with their actual company who care about their customers.

Very fast international delivery!

I decided to place an order due to the great sale and free delivery to the UK, though I was a bit skeptical about the fact that the website said I wouldn't be charged customs. I'm very glad to say though that I didn't receive any additional charges and my package arrived in a week, which is really quick as it came from the US! I didn't get an answer when I emailed the customer support team asking if I would be charged customs, but that's the only fault I have, it wasn't an issue anyway, and I appreciate that Covid-19 has slowed a lot of services down. Would order again!

First order arrived fast, I was never charged for any additional charges the first time and I have to say, even the second time (even though it was a test, I still wanted to purchase the same set, as who knows when it will be available again!) But really surprised by the reviews. All arrived safely and nicely boxed and also, no additional charges.
