If anyone needs a raise it’s her because she is deticated to her job and customer service.

Excellent 1st time user here in the UK

Excellent 1st time user here in the UK. They shipped me a large arcade cabinet over to the Scottish Highlands using UPS. No issues at all and got here in around 1 week. Shipping was insanely cheap. Would happily recommend and will look to use again if the opportunity arises.

Keeping my preferred customer status

had an occasional glitch with them..They are still better than Saks .neimans lord and taylor (,gone) and BloomingdalesAll of which i have had an issue with at one point...i rarely shop anywhere else but them or the Rack...Am also glad they upped the rewards on their credit card

I love Nordstrom!

I've been ordering from Nordstrom for years and never had a problem. One time I was sent the wrong order and was immediately refunded. I've never had a problem with customer service. (The few times I've had to call). They've always been very helpful. I called once to cancel an order (to buy a different size) and they were very accommodating. The reason for 4 stars is because I've never gotten a credit line increase on my Nordstrom credit card and I shop with them a LOT. I always pay 2-3 weeks early and pay my card off every few months. I will continue shopping at Nordstrom. I always find great deals at great prices.

Great ordering and (in-store) return experience

I ordered many cloth items online from Nordstrom. Even more so during the pandemic. I have to say the experience was alway excellent and if I had to return something, which I always do via in-store return, then there was never a problem.I recently ordered from the manufactures (e.g. Loewe) directly and only based on that (bad) experience I learned to appreciate what Nordstrom offered me all along.The only complain I have is that not all items from all manufactures are available on Nordstrom :)

Always a Good Experience!

I have ordered from Nordstrom a few times and have had literally 0 issues. My NordyClub account didn't connect one time to my order so I emailed about getting my points, and the customer service was ON POINT. My points were given back to me, no worries. The shipping is so fast, as I live near a distribution centre in B.C, Canada. I live at the Nordstrom Rack locations too. Great deals, helpful staff!

I needed an outfit for a last minute engagement and Sherri at your West County St. louis location was MAGIC! She asked all of the right questions and helped me find the exactly what I needed in two tries. That was amazing. I'm a boot cut jeans long johns kind of guy and she made me look like a million bucks.

Superior Customer Service

I’ve never had a bad experience online. In person, some of the associates can be a little cold, but they are in the underpaid retail industry. Exchanges and returns are fabulous. Free shipping and returns. Once I had a sweater that got lost in transit, it appeared a couple days later, but they had already overnighted a new one. Told me to donate or keep the second sweater. I will always return due their branding and superior shipping experience.

Not what they once were - Internet Order Cancelled - Out Of Stock a Day Later

I ordered a belt from Nordstrom online. This is after I ordered one online from Brooks Brothers, which was the wrong size. Since they did not have a larger size, I tried Nordstrom. I found a belt I liked better.I ordered the belt and a day later I received a cancellation saying that when they matched the order with inventory, they were out of stock. I used to buy everything from Nordstrom when their service was better. They are average like everyone else these days. It's hard to believe a big retailer like Nordstrom does not have the ability to match an order with product inventory. Perhaps they should stop selling on the internet if it's going to tick off customers?
