My experiences of using Match.

My experiences of using Match.I have used this site for about 6 months now. Never had a date. Sent numerous messages. Always been polite and sincere. Replys? Not many and the ones that I receive are generic apart from a small few not written by a robot. But the message is always the same. 'Thanks but no thanks'. Then a lot of 'ladies' have the front to view me again and again after saying they are not interested and also block me from replying to them. What is all that about? Games I guess. Window shopping. I blacklist them.So my subscription is due and guess what? Today I have had 172 views, 3 favourites and 2 messages. Really? Do you expect me to believe that Match.com? On any other day 5/10 would have been the norm. So it is a marketing ploy just to get you to spend your money. And ultimately all to no avail. It's a game. One you need to play carefully.Me? I will not renew my subscription. It is not worth it. There are better sites like POF. I have had plenty of dates from that site and it is free. To all those would be gentleman and ladies out there thinking of giving this site a try I hope my experiences will steer you in the right direction. Finally, I would recommend for billing use Paypal not your credit card. You can manage Paypal easily and your subscription will not be renewed. Just switch the payment off.Good Luck!

Met a great girl and still together.

I have used the site before and it was s scam site, nothing but bots and fake women after money. After another failed relationship i thought i'll use it again this year. Talked to some okay ladies, but only one has stood out from the rest. Since the 4th of Feb 2018 the first day we met we are still seeing each other today! We've moved quite well together and now in the process of meeting each others families. We are also planning a holiday away together at the end of May! I'd say there's a chance of meeting someone that is perfect for you on the site, give it time and it will happen.

Great

Although the app is a little slow, I had a great experience with match and am a little surprised with some of the reviews. I had no problems with payments or with cancelling my subscription and I thought £40 for 6 months was reasonable. So glad I took the chance because I've met the man I'm spending the rest of my life with. I've recommended this site to some of my single friends and will continue to do so with others.

Absolutely terrible "customer service"

Absolutely terrible "customer service". I spent over an hour on the "phone with an outsourced Match.com service center supposedly resetting my account details as mine was hacked. Someone accessed my Match.com account and changed my email and password therefore locking me out and then proceeded to contact members printing to be me. Completely solicitous, inappropriate messages which offended and angered a couple of recent sweet seeming sophisticated men I had only brief introductory messages with. They all responded angrily, requesting I never connect with them again and then blocking me. I spent over an hour on the 'phone the first day this occurred, supposedly correcting with issue, only to discoed when I awoke this morning my account once again was hacked and blocked from access. The personI spoke to as a supervisor at Match.com (India outsourcing center) was utterly rude, combative, took zero responsibility, offered no solution and then hung up on me!!!! Could not imagine worse customer service if I tried!!! I am left in a quandary as to how to proceed from here. Most disrespectful experience I could imagine.

6 Month Plan Is False!!!!!!

I paid for a 6 Month plan and on the plan it said if you don’t find a relationship in the 6 Months, Match will “guarantee” another 6 Months. That’s False!!! My plan was up and I emailed Match asking for another 6 Months free on them and they said I didn’t meet there requirements... I guess if you have some blue marks checked off on your Match you will not get another 6 Months on Match... What a joke!This is what they saidUnfortunately, you did not meet all the requirements needed to receive 6 months free.
