LassPass works very well

LassPass works very well. They really have worked out most situations whether you have internet, whether you forget your main password (don't do that), it still is password centered as there is a main password but it can be made to be very difficult so you have a fighting chance of not getting hit. Pricing isn't horrible unless you have to go to the larger plans.

I love LastPass.

Surprised to see so many negative reviews. I've been using LastPass for nearly two years now and I've had a great experience. Never experienced any bugs. LastPass has totally saved my life. It's so convenient having access to passwords across my devices.

Simple interface but unsure of critics reviews

I needed a new Password Manager, having read the advice from the Tech magazines decided on LastPass. Now having read Trustpilot reviews terrified I've made a huge mistake! Had to re-install each password individually as Dashlane CSV export file wouldn't import to LastPass. I then discovered LastPass wouldn't autofill - the Safari Extension hadn't installed. Found an old article saying there were problems for those using Safari and linking me to an older browser extension file, which worked. So now LastPass is up and running, like Dashlane the interface is simple, which I like and I've used it a few times to access sites etc and so far its working 'ok' but the jury is out.

Just great

great piece of kit use it for all important info. recommend it to everyone i know. only small thing more multifactor auth options and please bring out windows 10 app support as multi auth is not supported

No good windows app available

No good windows app available. If need to edit or organize, we need to login the website every time. Customer support is not so great. dashlane is having excellent customer support compared to them.

Good tool

Good tool. But a bit complicated and there are some things that frustrates me. But overall it's a good way to secure your passwords. Just needs more updates in the future.

I really don't understand the poor reviews…

I really don't understand the poor reviews.I am a free user and the only time i had a problem (I was concerned that my account had been compromised - not so) I was able to access online help, i had immediate assistance and advice and two subsequent follow ups to make sure I was now happy

Lastpass is the best password manager 5 stars

Lastpass is the best password manager that is free. I have tested 1Password and they dosent even have a free version. i have tested Dashlane and they dosent have sync on all devices for free. I have tested KEEPER and they dosent have secure notes, software license, phone number, personal number and wifi-passwords.I have tested avast passwords and they dont have security challange, drivers license, wifi passwords, id, passport and software license. And never have i tested a better password manager i say only one thing Good luck and god bless you it has everything, it will be my first and last password manager. It has sync passwords with your account, drivers license, wifi password, email, biometric log in, biometric account rcovery, authentication, software license, bank card, phone number, id, acess to your account in emergency by 5 you trust, 256-bit encryption, secure notes, password, passports, import and export from so many websites and generate secure password. Best Best im happy with it free for the win in the BIN.

Stable and safe service

I have used LastPass in premium subscription for a couple of years now and am very happy with it. Works well across OSes and browsers and mobile too. The user interfaces are not always pretty, rather utilitarian. That would be something to improve, following competitors. But the service is reliable and LastPass has done a great job over the years to actually keep my data safe, I guess. I appreciate the wealth of options for two-factor authentication, too.
