Have no problem with store

Have no problem with store. Have issue with the way they handle credit card payment. Pay on your card early even before receiving bill in mail they charged late fee. Double check your bills people especially with that high interest rate. Won’t be using there card any more

Early Black Friday Sale

I've been a Kohls customer for a long long time, and have shopped online and at the store. I had my first big disappointment. I bought an expensive item at their early "Black Friday" sale. On the actual Black Friday the price dropped even more, and they refused to give me the difference back. A suggestion, don't call the sale before Thanksgiving a Black Friday sale if it's not actually one.

Good experience

Kohl's has some good deals. I placed an order online, it came damaged because wasn't packed properly, but I spoke with customer service and they handled the issue right away and sent me a replacement. I had a very good experience with them.

I visit Kohl's store 0064 on 6-19-2022. My shopping experience was enjoyable thanks to Ali in Sephora. She went beyond the call of duty. She was very friendly and profession. Customer Service was beyond expectation. Ali is definitely asset to the company. Thanks to her I will visit 0064 more often. It is worth driving the extra miles.

I love shopping at kohl's (Grandforks,nd)I shop there often,they have these great "comfort stretch" pants that I love&wear out on date or for work,But today 1/17/2017,I felt I was being watch by one of the employees, she followed me when I went from the make-up dept to the jewelry dept.I almost ask her are yo uh watching me? That really made me angery.

Customer Service at Kohls has always been amazing for me

I ordered 5 shirts (3 different orders) from I had to call because I had expired kohls cash. The operator was great and was able to use my kohls cash. She placed the orders for me and even did a ship to store so I wouldn't have to pay shipping. When I went to pickup, I was in and out within 10 minutes. Customer service has always been super helpful to me at Kohls.

Kohl' Necessary Update

RE: Kohl' It is with some degree of sadness, and a great deal of disappointment that I feel it necessary to update my original review. Now, let me first say that I have ordered A TON from Kohl's over the past year. I am talking HUNDREDS of orders. In the past two weeks - on two separate occasions - I have received damaged sweaters with NO TAGS WHATSOEVER. The first reeked of cheap perfume. The second had clearly been washed, which was evident in the fact that it is pilled and is two inches shorter than the four other identical sweaters I own. Very aggravating, as were all the multiple times clothing came to me with the plastic security sensor still attached. Each time, having to be taken to the store for removal. I've been shorted items, have received the incorrect item on more than one occasion as well. Have not received items on several occasions - which I understand is really an issue with the carrier (except that TWICE large orders "died" after a shipping label was created.) In addition, recently I noticed a glaring price discrepancy, and when I called to have it fixed, the rep said there was nothing she could really do about it - but that she agreed that it looked wrong - and that for that reason she could fix it on "three" of the twenty-two items I had in my cart - but could not fix it on all (WTH???!). She said there was just too many (again, WTH?!) The last straw is....TONIGHT. I've been on the phone for over an hour and twenty-seven minutes, having to plead for a resolution. I have a shipment that was "Out for Delivery" on January 15th. It's now the evening of the 20th. The tracking shows an "EXCEPTION" occurred at 10:10 AM on the 15th, due to an "an incorrect address or label". The USPS timeline has shown "ALERT" - IN BRIGHT RED - since the 15th. It is now FIVE DAYS LATER WITH NO MOVEMENT. The offshore rep insists that since it does not say 'Delivered', that must mean it's still in transit - and get this, she says "Why don't you call back on the 26th?" (SIX DAYS FROM NOW!!!) To this IDIOTIC and rage-inducing statement, I demanded a supervisor. I was then kept on hold for an additional 30 minutes. I had to hang up and call them back, STARTING OVER!!! I am still on hold.Dear Kohl's: It's been a bittersweet ride. I used to PRAISE the customer service received. I shop there all the time. Loved the Kohl's Cash, Rewards, and sales. I expect to run into problems periodically. It's never fun, but stuff happens. I also expect that when problems arise, they be dealt with LOGICALLY and without putting the customer through additional unnecessary upset. About NINETY-SIX or NINETY-SEVEN PERCENT of the time, my orders are fine. I especially like when they are shipped from a warehouse and thus without ever having been tried on or worn. Alas, right now I'm feeling that you do not appreciate the regular business I've given you over the years. Clearly you don't understand that the greatly increased hold times (presumably due to reduced staffing after the holidays), combined with attempts to delay resolution, are maddening. If your message is "We don't care", I HEAR YOU. And for this reason, once I've received any outstanding shipments, and have purchased enough Tek Gear sweatshirts to last me a lifetime, I will try giving some business to LL Bean and Nordstrom's (the only two department stores my husband will shop at, for exactly this reason). He insists that their Customer Service is so stellar that it should be a "no-brainer" to spend the extra money and get better service. I'm a sales-shopper though. LL Bean is not known for their sales, just as Nordstrom is not known for their deals. And I do really love most of the items I've purchased from Kohl's. ERGH. Please train Customer Service on how to better research and handle issues methodically, and with COMMON SENSE. While there are many excellent Kohl's CS reps, the ones that are NOT are REALLY, REALLY NOT.Updated to three stars. The three stars are for all that goes "right", Again, orders are predominantly without issue. It's just that when something DOES go wrong, far too often it's been anywhere from "very frustrating" to "downright infuriating" when seeking a resolution. Hard to reconcile.

On line KOHL'S purchase BEWARE!!!! updated

Made online purchase 9/30/20 @10pm had items saved in cart ttl $212.57 before applying kohls cash and 20FF which then reduced $10, and 40.51 (20% of 202.57) charged tax on that and total was 171.78, to complete order had to fix address in Kohls acct left out my lot #, and entered my C.C., hit next and the 171.78 went back to a charge on my card of $212.57, this occured @ 11:04pm, I was shocked!!! BUYERS BEWARE OF KOHLS SOFTWARE ONLINE ORDERING WANT TO KNOW WHOM ELSE THIS HAS HAPPENED TO? Could not get the order cancelled in the time they say u have to cancel your order 20 minutes, which u have to go to help to figure out and it would not let me cancel at 11:13pm it was greyed out, also went to chat for assistance and it got funky asking me to input the info I had already inputted order#, etc.,,I knew the phone lines were a bust as I had tried this before completing the order as it had not discounted my by two and get 2nd for 50% off. Cld next day to let them know they had 24 hours to issue a credit or don't bother shipping as My C.C. had been notified of the problem w/this charge/sale. Reicived e-mail notification @11:04pm from C.C. co. of the charge on my account. Be sure to print the invoice shown on your screen before u give them your card # to charge it to. This way u have proof of what the software did to the order. They want to wait at least 7 days before they issue a credit but charge your card immediatley w/wrong amount. This is not acceptable when u can prove what the online service did. Nor is it being held accountable. This is a famous non accountable Donald Trump play. They wanted to offer me more Kohl's cash w/regards to my troubles, I TOLD THEM NO, JUST FIX THIS PROBLEM BEFORE 11:04PM 10/1/20 OR CONSIDER THIS FORMALLY CANCELLED WETHER THEY ACCEPT IT OR NOT. THERE IS NO WAY THIS ORDER (7 ITEMS WAS ALREADY PACKED FOR SHIPPING AND LEFT THEIR FACILITIES. DISCOVER WILL HONOR MY WISHES NOT TO PAY KOHLS AND I WILL NOTIFY THE SHIPPER THAT THE ORDER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED NOT TO SHIP. KOHLS EXPECTS U TO SHIP BACK THEIR ERROR AT YOUR EXPENSE, WHEN I HEARD THIS IN THEIR PHONE RECORDING I KNEW THEY HAD LOTS OF PROBLEMS W/ORDERS. ONLINE SHOPPERS BEWARE!!!!! THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS & DISHONORABLE BUSINESS PRACTICE. 10/15/2020 was forced to deny the shipment which turned into 3 different ships instead of the two they later notified me via e-mail. They have issued a credit for the 1st of the 3 shipments that were returned, am awaiting to see how they handle the next two. Terrible waste of expenses to send, They did however issue a credit to my credit card for the 50.51 cent error their software created, however they did not notify me in time to accept or deny the orders, and Discover did not notify me of the credit in real time like they do in charges. Both companies at Fault here. I am hopeful Kohl's will continue to do the right thing.
