Unsure where the negative reviews are coming from. Used this company for the first time over the last few months (more than once) and had no problems. Products I bought have been an absolute miracle with my skin! Tried so many products over the years and nothing at all stopped the awful oily acne prone skin until I tried their products!

Have used Kiehls since the 80's but found better products than Kiehls. Chatted with their customer service to relay message to their Research & Development Dept. that Kiehls need to improve their products or compare them to the following companies of cream: L'occitane & Fekkai, for hair & skin products. L'occitane & Fekkai are really good.

I have been a loyal Kiehl's customer for some time, however I recently had a disappointing experience with their ordering system. Full credit where credit is due... their customer service team were outstanding - they were very quick to pick up my complaint and went above and beyond to fix it. They provided the quality of customer service which match the quality of their products. A particular call out to Alhaji in the L'Oreal UK Customer Care team who was extremely professional, efficient and took time to ensure he genuinely understood my situation, concerns and my needs as a customer. Alhaji is a genuine asset to the Customer Care team and it's service like this which keep me as a loyal and longstanding Kiehl's customer.

Kiehl's started as an apothecary in New York many years ago and has evolved into a great skin and hair care company. They are constantly evolving with new products that are environmentally conscious. Even though the packaging is not the most beautiful packaging that is on the market, it's the products inside that matter. The products are wonderful and the prices are unbeatable in comparison to other retail skincare companies. I remeber a time when I had to travel from Arkansas to Philadelphia just to purchase Kiehl's products.They just weren't available at Malls and large chain stores at that time. I would plan my trips and travel alike around my skincare needs. I was that commited and believed in the quality of the products then and it's still true today. I prefer to have the product in hand to smell see and sample to check viscosity,texture,absorbsion,scent,etc. .I enjoy farding from the displays to determine which product I need to take home to my collection. I wish the representatives and sales persons representing Kiehl's at the larger stores would be more generous with the samples. It's hard to make a determination on whether or not to invest in a serum or new facial cream without "ample samples"™© as I call it. Plus as a consumer I almost feel obligated to spend more money if the representative offers extra samples and detailed testimonials. I don't get the sense that the sales representatives in the chain stores have as much product knowlege as the persons on the Flagship stores or the larger free standing Kiehl's stores. I know there is literature for the representatives to read and I know there are resources available I just think in some of the slower markets the education and exciting benifits of the products are lost in translation. I dont need to be sold on the company or the qualities of the products because I know they are great I would prefer more customer loyalty programs and more samples when ordering online or a monthly sample club would be a thought. Overall,your not going to get better products at this price point period. I do wish for more samples to help make shopping easier.

Was strolling through the airport and saw their store. Was skeptical to use at first but received great service from the representative and fell in love with the Ultra Facial Toner and the exfoliator. Thanks for the help!-A happy customer.

Very good products - a bit pricey but overall very satisfied.

I love Kiehl's. I use their hand cream and their face cream with SPF. The products are great - they moisturize my skin and are minimally greasy. I highly recommend!

Lorena who works in white city Westfield,Was so lovely. It’s so nice to see lovely and kind people working in stores theses days because it’s so rare. It was close to closing time but she didn’t rush me out the store she really wanted to help me and was so helpful. I only wanted to go in to see if she would give me a tester for the avocado eye cream... but ended up spending £167 because she was so helpful! Thank you Lorena you are truly amazing and Kiehl’s are very lucky to have you working for them x

I received some anti ageing cream from my daughter for Christmas 2019. After two days it was apparent it really didn't suit me. I didn't have the receipt but took it to the shop at Bluewater and explained what was happening. They apologised, offered a face cream they thought might suit me better and said if it still wasn't any good to return it and they would give me a voucher for the full value. So helpful. The replacement cream is great, I'm so pleased I asked for their advice as the cream had been an expensive treat.
