Greatly improved

Finally iFit seems to have got it's act together. Had a lot of problems with lagging, not saving workouts, favourites disappearing etc... since I started using iFit over 2 years ago. Recent updates have greatly improved this service. Just wish I could connect my treadmill to a bigger monitor/tv.

I wish I would have googled ifit before purchasing my Nordictrak.

I purchase and elliptical via Nordicktrack with free trial ifit membership. I regret this. It seems they make it very hard to cancel and set the membership automatically at the most expensive level. I can not withdraw my credit card info and concerned about ifit having access to it. Boy, once a company has your card number they can pretty much do anything with it. The trainer videos seem nice but I do not like the company's approach to customer service. Looks like I will have a hard time cancelling. :(***UPDATE: Today I am updating my review of iFit and giving them 4 stars because after reaching out to them the removed my credit card and I was able to cancel this membership. Thank you iFit. I appreciate that.

Treadmills for non-treadmill people

I've had a treadmill for years (without iFit). My wife has refused to use it: too boring for her. Since I got my incline trainer with iFit, she has used it several times a week! She loves the hikes from around the world, especially England and Scotland and Iceland.

Automatically charged me $396 for an…

Issue Resolved! I was automatically charged $396 for an iFIT subscription for a treadmill I purchased as a gift. I was obviously upset BUT IFIT reached out and immediately credited my account. Great customer service and Iupdated my negative review to positive!

Works perfect for my needs

My experience with my iFit membership has been great so far. The sign up was quick and easy. The software tracks you stats, goals and even gets your preferred workout style to select workouts that are ideal for you. I've mostly enjoyed the hiking exercises and I use my treadmill as a wind down from the day, but there are classes that suit everyone's needs and wants! So far, I have absolutely enjoyed my experience.I was given this product in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

I love iFit

I love iFit. I've been a member for about 1.5 years using it with the S22i and NT incline trainer. Goodbye boring exercise routines! So fun traveling the world with the best trainers. I look forward to working out and I feel so much better.

Positive Experience

I was on hold with Ifit when I read these reviews. Must say it concerned me. Fortunately my experience was very different. Thank goodness! When I purchased my treadmill, I needed a few weeks to get use to using the equipment before signing into the Ifit. Have 2 knee and 1 hip replacements and hadn't worked out since the shut down in March. The customer service representative was very patient with me, explaining that I did not need to sign up for the auto renewal, that is optional, can be skipped. I got my equipment and the Ifit set up and had my 1st walking work out in China. Very much enjoyed this and am looking forward to tomorrows walk! I was informed that I will receive 30 days free, then the 1 year free that was included with the price of my tready. At this point I am very happy and have cancelled my gym membership. I suggest if you are having issues perhaps call the USA customer service # (1-866-608-1798) Mon-Fri ( mountain time).
