When you buy a Ford from Dagenham ask for Andera T, Andera is amazing at what she does, managed to sort the car and pay work out within 24hrs, Monday I made the enquiry and Tuesday I was out with the car. Hi, my son rhys absolute loves his black edition fiesta, with huuge milage! He has even colour coded all of the interior! How clever! He still loves this car baring in mind he’s 21 now, he says he loves his car because it makes him look younger therefore he can attract all of the yutes at McDonald’s, he even rags his 140bhp bean can engine and says how immense the power is, keep it up Ford!

There is actually two parts to this review but my experience was with the same staff member - Lauren Hussain at Erdington Branch. 1. I received my reminders that my service and MOT was due on my car but I had cancelled my service plan last year due to me believing it was the end of the plan. I got in contact with Ford, Erdington to get my car booked in where I spoke to Lauren who was more than helpful with explaining the breakdown of prices. Not only this, Lauren took the time to look into my old service plan and contacted me to let me know I still had £150 in the account that I could use towards my bill. If it was not for Lauren doing this, without being asked, my £150 would have never been used and from my point of view 'wasted'. Lauren kindly set me up a new plan and worked out all my payments and even arranged for my car to be collected and dropped of due to Covid which was so convenient. Lauren stayed in touch with me throughout the day so I always had the latest update. 2. Unfortunately, a week after my car had been serviced and passed its MOT an incident occurred where my car had criminal damage. This was a really distressing time for me and the cost of the damage was a worry while waiting for the police report to go through. I already had Lauren's email address from my service and decided to contact her and explain the situation. I sent images of the damage and Lauren again took the time to get quotes on what the damage would cost before I sent it in for the engineer to look at. This helped me make a decision whether it was worth going through my insurance etc and in the long run saved me over £200 by not doing so. Lauren ordered in the part I needed the same day and my car was booked in for the next day. Lauren even ensured there was notes on my receipt stating criminal damage in case I needed this for police proceedings. Lauren made such a distressing time for me so much easier and something that I thought would take a long time to sort out was done within 48 hours.I honestly can not thank Lauren enough for the time she spent, on both occasions, ensuring the right thing was done for me. The customer service was fantastic and I believe that if all customer service assistants (not just Ford) was more like Lauren then there would never be an unsatisfied customer. Thank you again! :)

Looking to buy a car...go to Ford Enfield. My daughter has been dealing with Joe at the Gates Enfield branch who's customer service is fantastic. What a lovely guy, great salesman and provides perfect customer service. He did everything he could to make the transaction smooth and to find my daughter the perfect car. We viewed it on Saturday and although these are difficult times to purchase anything major like that Joe went above and beyond to ensure the service was great. Thanks Joe and if my husband convinces me to change my car we'll be back to see you.
