Happy with software and long support for devices.I purchased products from Canon before, because the hardware was better in some reviews. But Canon lacks support for products pretty fast. There are no updates available and if you update your OS things stop working. So you have intact hardware and can not use it. For epson, I bought a scanner 5 years ago and I still receive software updates from time to time. At that amount of time, my Canon printer was not working anymore. So I am happy with Epson and will choose them again.

Have used Epson Expression Home inkjet printers for years, and been satisfied. Drawback that despite ink cartridge having plenty ink left, I am forced to change it.

I bought an Epson projector and there was an issue with the Android software on it. I sent it off and it was returned within 4 days. I then received a follow up call as well to check if all was in order. Very impressive and great to be able to enjoy movies/series on the big screen again!

On 8/4/2020 NASH - the customer service rep did an excellent job in assisting me with my scanner. He took time and the patience to walk me thru to correct the issues with my scanner. I'm giving him a 5 star with this review.

I bought Epson L6190 when you scan the F4 paper, you need to use your computer to set the paper size, but on the printer monitor, you can't change the paper size when in scan mode, and you need to restart your WI-FI to let the printer recognize your computer.

Epson ET-2550 - the EcoTank. What they tell you is true - you get a lot of ink when you buy the printer and the ink refills are inexpensive compared to buying another HP cartridge every month. Like $14 for a bottle of 664 black ink compared to $35 for an HP cartridge. When things were good, the ink savings were amazing.. except this printer cost $250 new, compared to some of the HPs at Walmart for $50 or less.What they don't tell you, is that after a couple of years, if you are a heavy user (like me) that one day you will get a message that 'the printer's ink pads are full and you can't print anymore, contact Epson'. Oddly, Epson tells you to consider buying a less expensive printer as )replacement and doesn't even offer any incentive to buy another Epson. Another option is to take your Epson to a service center. (Usually, there's one of everything in NJ... But the nearest Epson Authorized Service is either in Farmingdale NY (Long Island) or Baltimore, each about 3 hours away...and Epson repair is not an essential service so who knows how long before they're open again).I've also had a problem with the scanner since like forever. I can scan one set of images into a document (either a photo or a PDF) but if I then want to do another scan job, suddenly the computer (and I have two) can't communicate with the printer. I've downloaded to re-set-up the printer countless times. The workaround is to go to Task Manager and delete the Epson Scan as an active app, and also re-power the printer. But, it shouldn't work that way.What happens with the print heads is that several times a day it automatically cleans the print heads - by rubbing them against those pads. A normal printer doesn't do this, and people learn little ways to use the printers software to clean the heads only when necessary. This is number one the reason why the pads are completely full of ink after 3 years.(There is also a video on youtube of how you can take the back of the printer and replace the pads with cotton and sponges, except for three things:-the video doesn't seem to actually depict the ET- 2550, there are extra screws that have to come off-the printer doesn't exactly snap back together-you then have to pay for software to send you a code to re-set the inkpad counter. Suddenly the print/copy/scan HP I bought used on eBAy for $24 doesn't seem so bad, since it uses the cartridge that I have an oversupply of.(the 61). If you are a casual user, like you're retired and only use the printer to print out letters your relatives email you, you may never notice this ink pad problem.

I ordered the Epson L210. Multifunctional increased reliability and efficiency. The print quality is high. The colors are all saturated and vibrant, the quality of the text is also at the highest level. In principle, this printer can be used as a photo printer, especially since the CISS allows you to print as many photos as you like

Epson has superb print quality but it means you have to buy their ink or high quality. Otherwise the quality isn't good. But if you added water to a Rolls Royce's gas tank it wouldn't run well either. Same with ink. Exceptional support online for software upgrades and customer service is highly qualified for assistance with whatever model you have

I used to huy HP printers, they were terrible and only lasted one year!Bought an Epson for the first time 3 years ago! For less than $200 got a copier/scanner with a Feed tray! So this is like an office printer for super cheap! Not only that but it is super fast!It does spend a lot of ink, so if you are looking for a cheap option, i reccomend one of those black and white budget prineters. Do not go with HP though!

Encountered a error code on a model 4640 couldn't resolve. emailed Epson and got a almost intimidate response printer needed to be replaced said they would help with replacement and provided a phone #. I expected maybe would probably be offered a discount or something like that. They said they would provide a one time replacement with newer upgraded model shipped fed-ex at no cost. Arrived as promised and is up and running with no problems. THE PRINTER THEY REPLACED WAS WAY OUT OF WARRANTY. This is the best most hassle free customer service I have ever experienced.
