Very competent and friendly customer service. There was a small problem with my return shipment and the resulting adjustment to the invoice. Without problems and hours of waiting, the employees took care of my request immediately and in a solution-oriented manner.

Warranty claim experience

I had a problem with my docs and Malvina helped to resolve the issue quickly. She answered all my questions and was very patient with me. She arranged for me to return my boots and a replacement as it was a warranty claim. I was also able to choose a different style. Great service Malvina, tack!

I love my boots :)

I love my boots however, the quality of the brand has declined if your looking for boots that last longer look into solvair - they use the same manufacturer as dr marten did in the 80s (but they have less style range) :)

Ricki heaven sandals

I absolutely love Dr Martens. I’ve spent hundreds on shoes, boots and sandals for my daughter. Just had the new ricki heaven sandals delivered and they are incredible. Buying from here is an investment in your feet, as they last years. Love love love.

Fantastic customer service

I had an issue with a faulty pair of boots with split soles (quiet common now for Dr Martens, but I won't make this the focus of this review). I received exemplary support from customer care representative Saphia, who swiftly arranged for my boots to be returned and replaced. I upgraded to a Made in England pair, which proved to be slightly smaller than my previous boots and again Saphia made the whole process of return and exchange simple and quick. This experience really ticks all the boxes on what quality customer service means; prompt and clear communication, efficient processes and empathy. Great job, keep it up!

Excellent shoes but takes time to break in

Overall very pleased with my order. Tracking was updated often and accurately, delivery only took 3 business days to Finland, despite the corona-situation.Stylish shoes of great quality, supports the feet, but when brand new they require a lot of breaking in. This is something you need to know before buying and be prepared to deal with. In the beginning the leather will be stiff and you’ll most likely have to sacrifice blood, sweat and tears before the shoe adapts to the shape of your feet. After that, they’ll be one of the most comfortable shoes you’ve ever had.

Great customer service but boots quality goes down for sure

Doc Martens have a long lasting reputation. Unfortunately their products are no longer a good quality fashionable and iconic boots. My Made In England 1460s developed terrible leather coating issues which shouldn't be there in a £189 boot. Contacted Martens Customer service and reply was very quick. They have agreed to replace my boots but I didn't want to run into more issues if the replacement pair has the same problem (which would probably be the case) and they have issued refund after defective boots were posted back to them.This isn't a review about their product but their customer service which was nothing but great and helpful. I used Doc Martens boots for mamy years so know exactly what they used the be and what's their quality these days.

Unbelievably helpful customer support

Unbelievably helpful customer support! I experienced a manufacture defect on a purchase of some platform sandals. I contacted Dr Martens to see if there was anything they could do as the shoes were less than a month old. After providing photos and explanations over what happened my lovely customer care advisor Chiara C helped me return my shoes and issue a new pair that returned to me within two days! After using docs for years I knew this was just a defect. Thank you guys so much. Best customer support I’ve ever experienced.
