Positive experiences but still room for…

Positive experiences but still room for improvement!I have now made a handful of purchases from Converse's UK website as I'm a big fan of their high tops and boots and I had mixed experiences.Pros: Great variety, good sales and discounts, free and easy to return, excellent customer service if something goes wrong.Cons: The warehouse team and their QA teams need major improvements. I have been sent defective pairs of shoes twice, they once sent my order missing one of the pairs and once with a wrong size. Customers service were great though. Their delivery partner in the UK, Parcelforce, should be sacked, they are completely unprofessional. Returns refunds take AGES to process.The website is very buggy especially on Firefox and mobiles, especially the sign in+view my account functionalities rarely work. The reason why with so many cons I'm still giving 4/5 and I'll continue shopping from there is their excellent customers service. If something goes wrong they make it right and that goes a looooong way!

Excellent service

I've now placed several orders through the Converse website and never had to wait very long for them to arrive, despite COVID and the fact they come from overseas. My most recent order was for custom Chucks - the design tools on the website were very easy to use and provided lots of options to choose from. They arrived within two weeks of ordering, despite being made to order and coming from Vietnam, and I was provided with tracking information to know precisely when they would arrive. They're exactly as expected and great quality, as always. From babies through to adults, the shoes are always good quality and durable, and customer service is excellent.

Excellent customer service despite Covid and Christmas

I ordered sale trainers around Christmas, they arrived quickly but were too big so I returned by tracked post and re-ordered: the second pair again arrived very quickly. Two weeks after the first order had been received back at the warehouse in Denmark I chased my refund. I received an email by return confirming full refund plus postage and apologising for delay. I have lots of Converse trainers, love the colours and they are so comfortable for my feet in the summer. Satisfied customer.

Don’t be put off by the reviews

I literally don’t know why converse.com have got such bad reviews. I ordered some converse on Sunday and they arrived by Thursday. Tracking was available 48hours prior dispatch so I was able to see where they was and they actually arrived 48 hours later so there was no need to track the item. I’m glad I bought these and got 30% off. Bonus
