I was happy with my purchase :)

I ordered a heavily reduced keyboard for Surface Pro. The order was a little slow to be shipped out, but overall delivery time was acceptable given the fact that it was shipped from UK-DK. I was pleasantly surprised of the quality product I got for the price I paid. I wasn't in contact with anyone in their support team, so can't say anything about that.

I wanted to be a Brydge customer

I wanted to be a Brydge customer, but they are making it very difficult to trust them.I have tried to contact them via their website, but no response after 3 days. Also, I also tried to respond to their email they sent verifying my account because of this: If you have any questions, reply to this email ... but received this when I followed THEIR instructions and replied to THEIR email!: This email address is unmonitored. For customer support issues, please visit our website.Edit: Thank you Brydge for the reply. I now understand your situation and have update my review... was just looking for better communication before placing an order. I have now place an order and am looking forward to trying your keyboard.

After placing an order last week I needed to cancel it as I could get the keyboard closer to home. I reached out via messaging on their website. I quickly received a reply and I was refunded just as quick.Very pleased

A rough start (edited)

Edit: I have just received a response from them and it seems to be a problem at the warehouse. I hope the product is shipped soon but I'm happy that someone has written back. Second Edit: I have received the package and I'm quite satisfied with the build quality - it arrived one day earlier than estimated, which is a nice bonus. It's cold to the touch and feels pretty sturdy, compared to Apple's smart keyboard. It took a few minutes to have it connect to the iPad but now it works pretty much instantly as soon as Bluetooth is turned on. Communications from the company was a little staggered, with Twitter, Facebook and emails responding at different times and outside the suggested 48 hours - I can't tell if that was due to them investigating the problem first. ORIGINAL REVIEWI have tweeted at them, emailed them, filled in a form on their website (as suggested as the primary way to contact) and I have also messaged them on Facebook for good measure. I have paid for a case from their website and after waiting, I have no clue where the package is. They are elusive and never respond, and they have taken my money without showing any indication of when/where the product has been shipped. No emails to track the package, and I paid a little bit extra to have it delivered within around three days. This was ordered from the UK website but there is no phone contact number, so I suppose I just have to hope they have seen the messages and are working through other requests.I ordered this package on the 14th July and I noticed that it might take a while before it started shipping - that's okay, I am happy to wait, as long as it's transparent. The suggested date for when it's shipping has since passed and they now have a new date on the website - I can't tell if it has changed due to another product sell out or due to them being behind in production. I just want updates, I want things to be clear and for the service to extend to supporting a paying customer.

Lovely keyboard, brilliant customer service

I had only had my Brydge keyboard for a week before I managed to damage it. I was completely distraught, as the keyboard had very quickly become something I relied upon (It's a joy to use). I went back to using my iPad Pro without it, as I couldn't justify spending another £230 on a new one. To cut a long story short, after contacting Brydge, their support person Sara sorted me out kindly and efficiently, So, my personal experience is that the keyboard (I have the one with track pad for the 12.9 iPad) is a really lovely thing and a pleasure to use. Also that, when I needed help, Brydge customer support gave me the benefit of the doubt and sorted out quite a serious situation with no fuss. I have been very impressed.

Great keyboard and customer service

I really like the way the Brydge keyboard works with my iPad and how it looks. Unfortunately, after I had the keyboard for a while, the battery would not hold a charge. Brydge was great about providing me with a replacement. So I think the product is great and the customer service when I had a problem was great.

Customer service response time (!!!)/ QA issues brings Brydge down!

EDIT 1: Revising from 4 stars to 3 stars. Well, upon opening the package, I discovered there are defects and product quality issues: 1. Left hand side keys are uneven and not leveled like the right hand side. 2. Metal surface near the S and the K key have deep scruff dents on it. 3. clear plastic popping up from under the metal body under the "Delete" keySo far, support has not gotten back to me at all about acknowledging the receiving my email!!! EDIT: Revised rating from 1 star to 4 stars. Ending up it’s their regional shipping partner’s (SF Express) lack of package updates. Item was received in excellent condition and on time. However, customer service response time is unsatisfactory and disappointing! Till now, I still have not receive any response from them! Placed order on Oct 24, claimed it was shipped on Oct 25. Oct 29 today the shipping number is still invalid. "Sorry, waybill (28800374XXX) information not found, please check waybill number or contact SF costomer service at 95338."Send an email to Brydge Customer Support for help and so far they have been silent! The reason why I bought from this company is I thought their product is getting praised all over the internet and it seems I got scammed!? I should have chekced here first before trusting them with my money!

Last year I wanted to purchase the new keyboard for my new surface pro, it was in stock in USA but out of stock in the UK (where I live).I emailed the company to enquire and received a reply very promptly explaining that they are waiting for them to be shipped and there have been delays.There were continued delays for a few months, but every time I contacted the company they replied almost instantly and kept me updated.The company also had a site wide sale while I was waiting for them to come in stock, and they kindly agreed to honour this discount when they had the keyboard in stock. After a few months of waiting the keyboard was in stock and I was able to order it, I was given the discount as promised and delivery was prompt. The keyboard itself if great, feels really high quality.However the customer service I received from the company was fantastic, they always replied very quickly and I received really fantastic service. I would recommend this company based on both the customer service and the quality of their products.Thank you Brydge customer service staff.
