After some issues I received the defective parts, it seems they don't have good internal communication so they didn't know it was shipped, but fine in the end.Be careful with facebook giveaway tho, they don't ship what you are supposed to win.

Can't fault them at all

I bought myself an Anycubic Photon Mono. Delivery was a bit slow, but given the distance and price I can't complain.Website is easy to navigate and well presented.Prices are some of the best I've seen for any 3d printer - Especially resin based ones.Packaging was really good, everything nice and tightly secured, no exsessive waste, turned up without a scratch.Build quality is great, especially at the price. I'd rate it as good as some of the £600+ printers I've seen.It's the first resin printer I've used. It took me about an hour from unpacking to printing, including watching a setup video and reading the manual - If you know what you're doing it'd probably take 5 minutes.I've seen some complaints about the free slicer Anycubic have made for it - It's worked perfectly so far for me - From a downloaded stl I can resize, add supports and print within 6 clicks. Regardless of this though there are alternatives that work fine too.I've not had to use their support, but from what I've seen no company manking 3d printers has a great reputation. anycubic have a strong online community, so if their support is lacking there's a lot of other resources to turn to.

Printer good - support runs perfectly - Logistic Partners (GLS, DHL) made the mistakes

The Printer is probably the definition of perfect for using at home. Already had good experiences with Filament from Redline.Although the Logistical processes in the Partner Logistics (DHL, GLS) didn’t worked out so well.The first Package containing the Printer came just how it supposed to be.Superb Printer.UPDATE:After whole 7 Weeks I‘ve got everything complete. DHL scrambled my adress with my Name together.2nd Update:Anycubic aftersales support helped me a lot repairing parts that came by but didn‘t work well. Without discussions they shipped spare parts which I easily replaced.Thanks Anycubic :)

SCAM - Took my money, then charged extra for shipping a month later

I bought a Photon resin printer during their Chinese New Year sale (February 5th, to be specific). As of yesterday, it was 17 days of no-contact (shipping was supposed to be done within 2-6 business days).Worried, I tried their 'contact us' form on the AnyCubic website; no response. I tried the 'shipping questions' form, also on their own site; no response. I tried sending them an email directly; no freaking response.You wanna know how I finally got in touch with this apparently multi-national company? Freaking facebook!Oh, but the fun's only just starting, my friend; I sent them a message asking about when I could be expecting my printer, and what the cause of the delay was. They replied (and I quote),"Hello [my name], thanks for reaching out here. The Photon is lack of stocks in CA warehouse. We do not ship it to you. Do you agree to ship from China? And need to mention that may have custom fee."Now, remember, I paid for this thing almost a month ago. Shipping was included in that price. There's nothing ANYWHERE that I can find about extra costs for out-of-stock products. Frankly, that shouldn't be my problem.I basically told them that I refuse and that I want the printer for the agreed price, or I'd be opening a dispute with PayPal (thank God I didn't just use a credit card).I'll update when I hear back from them.UPDATE: I've gotten in contact with Anycubic again, and it turns out their last message was a result of a terrible translation. They were actually trying to offer me expedited shipping on the product directly from China if I couldn't afford to wait for the normal restock. I've opted to wait, and thus far heard nothing else. I can only assume that my printer's sitting in a dockyard somewhere in China, waiting to be loaded onto a slow-boat to the states. Still annoying, but at least understandable, I guess, all things considered.

Missing part of order

I ordered the Black Friday special. a Photon S and Wash and Cure 2.0. I received the printer weeks after it was supposed to be here and still no sign of the Wash and Cure. I have sent emails with no response so far.update. just received the rest of my order. I would rate them higher, but communication is lacking. If there was just better information on shipping and how the order was filled in two shipments instead of one, and provide separate tracking numbers.

Great 1st 3D printer

This is my first 3d printer and i was looking for something inexpensive and hopefully easily to understand for a new hobby. IM NOT TECHNICALLY SAVVY BUT I CAN READ AND I CAN YOUTUBE. So I ordered the anycubic mega zero 2.0 ( mainly for the price that was under$200) on 10/14/2021 and recieved it on 10/21/2021( SUPER FAST SHIPPING) . Took me about 20min to set up( easy to understand instructions w/ pictures) and my test owl took about an hour. It looks amazing. It came with everything to start printing immediately i.e sd card w/ test owl program, spool of filament, directions on how to level printer, usb cable.

In my experience great printers for the price, I have had experience with ultimaker in the past which are 4x the price and produce the same quality prints. Things do wear out an need to be replaced but overall great printers for the price

Slow orders, great product.

Ordered a Black Friday deal. 11 days after, I requested an update via email and had no reply. Thought about going after a refund, but I had heard that Anycubic had slow support on orders.25 days later the package arrived, packed extremely well and all contents were accounted for and worked out of the box.2 days after arrival, I received an apologetic email from Anycubic support regarding the package, the delivery and if there was anything further they could do.I will buy from them again, with the knowledge that shipping and communication will be slow. That said I am quite happy with the products.
